"I purchased a track lighting from this website. They sent me one that just had an end without a plug, meanwhile they have the same item with a plug at the same cost. I asked for just the plug and was sent an email to purchase for $20 with delivery. I would have gladly spent the additional $10 but why charge me another $10 for delivery. Also the person responding to my email said, "You ordered the wrong item. That's our Fault? That's the problem with this world...nobody wants to accept accountability for their own actions. Sorry if you choose to be unreasonable." I am guessing that that person's attitude is reflective of their policies. This is over only $10. I paid a small price to find out who not to do business with in the future."

"I ordered a $20 item and was charged $15 for shipping. When I received the item it was not the same as the pictured item on the website. When I contacted QDL I was told to return the item at my cost and they would refund the $20. It would have cost me more in shipping charges than the item was worth. I was not happy how this company handled this situation."
