"There are no places for the left & right seat cover hooks to attach on the underside of the YJ front seats so I had to cobble up lengths of solid wire with loops on each end to give something for the hooks to attach. A hook on the left side could then attach to the opposing hook on the right side underneath the seat. Two of these wires took care of the four hooks for each seat."

At no time during the process was I informed half of the product was out of stock. (Front coils)

Only after receiving the parts was I notified that the front coils were out of stock and only after calling and chatting 2x, was I informed of the duration of the delay (3 weeks).

Explaining I had already purchased the product and was not interested waiting on their product, I wanted to return the item.

They informed me I could and there would be no restocking fee. But they would not cover shipment.

So, to recap, they sold me a product they didn't have in stock, they didn't answer me it was in stuck, they then failed to deliver the product as promised, and they refuse to cover the shipment costs to return the product. "
