"This company steals people’s money. I purchased some struts. They gave me a tracking number. After 5 weeks I contacted them and they told me that they could not deliver the struts. I asked for a refund. They said they would return my money. I never heard back from them. A few weeks later I contacted them again, they said that my request for a refund would be a top priority. Long story short they never replied to any more of my messages, and I lost all my money. I contacted EBay and they said they cannot do anything for me. Don’t buy from Qeautoparts1. They are thieves."
"I ordered a part off QE auto parts ebay page. Said shipping would take nearly a month, ok Im not in a rush. After a month the item was lost, or so I was told. After contacting him them, I was told to give it more time and they would refund my money. Well its been 3 months and I still do not have my money back. I have sent 10 messages to them and Im always told, sorry for the issue, you should see your refund in a few business days. Well it does not take 3 months to refund someones money. These clowns are Liars and thieves. They have refused to put any effort into refunding my money. I would never do business with them ever again, even if they were $20.00 less than someone else. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME AND TAKE YOUR BUISINESS ELSEWHERE. These guys should be shut down and fined, especially after reading other reviews. "

"QEautoparts1 uses delay tactics to push dates past policy deadlines so they are not tied to having to refund items that have been shipped back. They actively practice delays using canned emails that indicate they are busy.
I had the misfortune of purchasing an expensive part, found it did not fit my car, went through the process of contacting them, shipping the item, getting a verification letter from my postal office stating that after an investigation, it was found that the item was DELIVERED AND RECIEVED by QE. They still refuse to refund.
I would not do any type of business with this company. They are dishonest in the manner of which they serve their customer who they know have little recourse. Their rating is dubious at best if they handle their customers like they did me.
I have six months of emails from them that are 80% horsepoop and 20% lies. Ebay is helping this company by providing them with a platform.
I will devote my energy to placing this feedback on every forum I can find for the next 12 months. If I can help a few others use better companies, it would be worth it."

"I ordered spark plus and they never arrived. Eventually, I received brake hardware, that I did not order. I tried to explain this to QE Auto parts and they refused to refund me because they claimed the spark plugs were delivered to me. "
"I ordered a window regulator from QEatuoparts1 on ebay for $194. A few days later I checked the tracking and it showed it was shipped to an undisclosed address in Miami FL. I live in California. I contact them to resend another but they say they were out. But they have the same ones for $248. I asked for a refund and they say they were sorry and they would make it a priority to give me a refund. Five days later and they still haven't refunded. I filed a claim through ebay and they have this grace period for the seller to respond. Now I have to wait for QE to respond and if they don't I need to contact ebay again. This fraudulent seller takes your money and made it hard for customers to get it back. I googled them and found I'm not the only one they tried to scam. I don't know why ebay makes it difficult for customers to claim a refund immediately. This is why I buy most of my stuff from Amazon."
