"Dealing with this company was an extremely unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone. I ordered two rings from this company not very long ago. One of the rings was a little large. The company website stated that they offered a 30 day exchange or refund. I sent the oversized ring back to them via FedEx to the location on the form they provided. FedEx said the item was delivered and signed for and several days went by and I had not heard anything from the company. I decided to call them and they had no knowledge of having received the item. I waited several more days before calling back and they then told me that they had it and that the exchange would go out the following business day and they would email me with the tracking number. Close to one week went by and I had not heard anything. I called them again (third time, now). They said that the ring was damaged and they had to inspect it before shipping the replacement. I received an email confirmation for the replacement ring and it arrived today. What was in the box was the ring that I sent to them with an explanation saying that the ring was scratched. I have taken a jewelers lens and I cannot see a single scratch on it anywhere. It was in perfect condition when I shipped it to them. Their own website does not even mention anything about this. They state that will will exchange it within thirty days. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They have been evasive about their policies and how they handle their business in general."
