"It was pretty easy to place the order but the bulb I received did not work. I did call c/s and they finally answered & had me call the tech line and then I had to call c/s again (took several tries)to get them to send me a replacement. She said they sent the bulb out the same day I called as long as I responded to an email and promised to send the defect back. She sent me a return label which i had to find a ups place and take it over there. I do hope the replacement works. The price was cheaper and now I am finding out why. All this inconvenience to save a few bucks. I really do hope this bulb works. "

"I own a Song WEGA tv. And the screen was dimming. I called the store where I bought my tv for a replacement bulb, and they didn't stock them. They suggested a call to a local business. I called, they didn't have it in stock, but call back and talk to Joe. Even if they did have it, there location and hours weren't convenient, so I went to look online. I had heard these bulbs were expensive. I started to compare some of the online sources, and selected your site in the process.
