"They charged my credit card, and never sent anything. No response to emails OR telephone calls. I have now disputed the charge, of course, contacted Yahoo (because it is fronted as a Yahoo store) Authorize.net, (because they are supposed to support the ability for this fraudulent company to be able to charge my card) and the Atty General.
This sucks!!!

"This is the WORST online retailer I have ever dealt with; as many of the others have said, they never return calls or emails and I finally had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They are AWFUL and should be SHUT DOWN! No regard for consumer rights at all."

"I ordered tigi shampoo from pure & beautiful and had the best shopping experiance ever! My order arrived within a day and the shampoo was in perfact condition. I wanted to take time out of my busy schedual and let people know that this place rocks! I am glad I did not see the reviews until after I had placed my order because I probably wouldn;t have ordered. But I did and I am SOOOOO HAPPY! I paid less than I would have if I shopped at another site and I got my shampoo faster than if I were to go to the beauty supply store down the street. "

"Awful experience. Ordered product on November 23, 2008. Waited until December 12 to make my first phone call to customer service wondering where the product was- no response. Called three more times and sent two e-mails- NO RESPONSE. Finally, I got through and spoke to live person on January 5 and they said they had no record of my purchase. They sure didn't forget to charge my credit card the SAME day I placed the order.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had to intiate a claim with my credit card company which had to subsequently make a claim with PayPal.

THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD.

"I normally order through another company for most of my hair products, but I saw that they had my Redken Sleek Obedience on sale with some very good prices. I looked around and put together an order totaling almost $100.00. Usually I am extremely careful about any new sites that I order from, but for some reason I spaced here and blew it (big time). I should have known better in retrospect because for a mom and pop company, they sure carry A LOT of product! The prices are almost too good to be true and obviously they were. If anyone was ever lucky enough to actually receive anything from this company, count yourself lucky and blessed because many people like me have not only not received a thing, we can't get anyone to return our many e-mails or telephone calls.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and thought it was odd that I never received a confirming e-mail to give me a tracking number or anything (almost every company I have ever ordered from online usually has your order to you before you can even think of them again). I began by sending them e-mails to ask them if they could please give me status on my order and heard nothing back. I called their number where it's nothing but a machine at all times and again, never a response no matter what you say or how you say it. I began to get a very bad feeling about this. I looked and sure enough they charged my credit card (not an authorization but a hard charge that companies are only supposed to do when they actually ship your product to you). Again another round of calls and e-mails and absolute silence (can you imagine what would happen if you got an order and actually had a problem if this is how they treat a brand new customer their first time out and do this in the honeymoon phase)!

I got an even worse feeling and did some Monday night Quarterbacking (should have done this before I placed an order so I am kicking myself now). There are people everywhere warning others to stay far away from this company. Many have never received their orders (some going on months) and not one of them has ever heard back from the company again once their credit cards were charged. Some say that they have contacted the attorney general and others have filed fraud cases and disputes with Paypal otherwise they would have never gotten their money back (obviously this company had no intention of ever contacting them and never did in fact)! Quite a few waited a long time before doing anything, but because the writing is clearly on the wall here I won't be doing that. I am taking action now instead of waiting because it's obvious what I can expect at this point.

I don't remember ever coming across this company before when googling so apparently they are fairly new with the search engines starting to pick them up (bad news for unsuspecting people like us always on the lookout for a good bargain). They carry LOTS of product and very hard to find stuff too (red flag in retrospect).

I wanted to warn you because if this can save even one of you, it was worth the time and effort. Please be careful! I'm just so sorry I ever stumbled across this site. I have no idea why Yahoo would continue to host a place like this where they are receiving this many complaints, but I will never trust their logo again. :(

"Did not deliver product and charged our credit card $25.60. The company only has voice mails if you call, and they do not call back. E-mails are not responded to. After talking with the web designer forthe page (link available on the site), there have been several othersimilar complaints.

This store is a FRAUD!!!! DO NOT ORDER.

We are disputing the CC transation, and filing a Fraud complaint.

"Two orders placed in May, one on May 12, the second on May 30.

Seller did not respond to numerous calls where I tried to get a status on the shipping. When neither order was received by mid June I finally had to resort to filing a dispute with PayPal in order to receive the goods I had been billed for in May.

I get the feeling I never would have received the items nor a response from the vendor if it were not for filing the PayPal dispute. Non-existent customer service with no regard for customer satisfaction
