"I've purchased quite a few items from Pure-Triumph and they've had the best prices on everything by far. Many items are regularly discounted, as well as they often have discount sales. Shipping is free for orders over $98, and customers outside FL don't pay sales tax. Many items are in-stock, so I receive them much quicker than ordering from the dealer who has to order from Triumph in the UK.

My representative was helpful but seemed like maybe he was having an off day, he was not rude in any way, just a little short, maybe this is just the hazard of a phone order vs. on-line. I didn't receive any email confirmation of the order, nor did I get a shipping notice, both would have been nice just to know how things were progressing. And my order was short one item but there was no mention of this in the first package. Only when I called was I informed that the missing part was on its way.

I go as far as ordering from overseas where the euro to usd conversion rate saves me 100-300$ per equipment and dont mind a week or two wait to receive my item. However, I needed a quick shifter for my Daytona 675 and rear seat cowl pretty quickly and could not find a good deal. Then I happened upon Pure-Triumph. They offered a rewards program and discount codes which saved me a good chuck of change and shipped from USA. I was skeptical because of the discount and availability since they were in stock and seemed too good to be true. I ordered both and one item was shipped the same day and received three business days later. The other was shipped following business day and received in about the same 3-4 days. I contacted Adrienne* day after I ordered because I didnt whole heartedly trust it shipped and received a prompt response stating date it shipped and follow up with shipping information. "I placed my order with Pure Triumph on the Wednesday and change the order the next day by adding an extra item. I rung them and talked to David, he was very helpful and friendly. He found that the order had already been processed and was very apologetic that the extra item couldn't be added to the order, sso he sent them post free. Now I live in New Zealand and the first package arrived after only 6 working days. The second part of the order was 2 days later.
