Last fall I was searching for specific Ducati apparel and had a short time frame, so I phoned the store rather than place an order on-line. The calls went through, but no one answered. Strange. "I have ordered a couple of items for my Ducati - to try out the service before placing a much larger order. It has taken 4 weeks for the parts to arrive even though I was informed that it would take 10 days. Apparently, they send an automated email and if the goods were sent to a US address it would take 10 days - I am in Australia. Apart from the lack of communication at the start, the rest of the service has been good, they were the correct parts and I would consider ordering from the Company again in the future."
