Unhappy first time customer

"Attempt returning scrub set defected draw string and they do not sit right on hip area. Pulse Uniform expected me to pay for shipping merchandise back, left several messages never return called, spoke with representatives never forward message to the so call "CONCERN DEPARTMENT" I had to purchase shipping package $2.19 and shipping cost was $12.98.
Total cost of Scrubs was $21.06

"I ordered a set of uniform and the quality was horrible, so i returned it on my own cost and I waited over two months for my refund after calling them four times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Same as others. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Out time, money and uniform!

"I ordered a pair of uniform pants, pretty expensive BTW. The shipping took so long the sizing was off. I contacted them for an RMA #...DO THIS OR THEY CAN CHARGE A 40% RESTOCKING FEE...at this time on the phone I was told with a replacement I would have NO return shipping fees. They did not tell the truth. I returned the pants, cost $9.00, now am told no reimbursement for return shipping will be given, only cost of the pants that were returned. Very poor customer service as others are stating. Now out $9.00 & uniform pants...AVOID!!!"

Worst experience I have ever had with a company

"Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Ordered special length stubs, took a month to get them. They were wrong and I was told "sorry no refunds or replacements on special orders". My advice order from somewhere more customer oriented. "

Same shipping issue

"Ordered on 2/10 and they just shipped on 2/15. I inquired about this and their response was aloaf and stated that they needed to stay within Amazon's shipping guidelines. I contacted Amazon and they apologized and said they are looking into this and why they are telling customers this"

Wrong size - won't pay for return

"I ordered a large and received an extra large. When I asked to return the item for the appropriate size, I was told that I had to pay for return shipping. I will never order from this company again."

Wrong size

"My husband and I order an XL uniform shirt. We received a medium. The shirt was dirty because the invoice had major toner on it and it smeared onto the shirt. Customer Service promised that Paul would call us the next day. Because they sent the wrong size, we felt Pulseuniform should send us a prepaid label to return the shirt. The packaging of the uniform shirt was also smeared with toner. The plastic bag containing the shirt was wrinkled and not appropriately sized. The whole process is/was a mess: 1. Wrong size. 2. Dirty shirt. 3. Dirty mailing package. 4..wrinkled and too large plastic bag for the shirt. Please do not order from this company. They do not care about their customer. Can't imagine they get repeat customers due to above challenging issues. "

Awful Customer Service & Terrible Shipping

"I paid for two day shipping and after 7 days of waiting I emailed their sales team who attempted to blow off my request for my money back on shipping. Experience overall was difficult and unnecessarily drawn out. I am still waiting for my money back and my order... Do NOT order from Pulse Uniform."

I got my lab coats on time - Good communicatons guys!

"I was looking for company who does logo embroidery on lab coats. I found Pulse uniform, these guys are great as they do everything in their US factory. They sent me a sample in my email making sure i like it. It was a smooth process. The result came out amazing. Highly recommended indeed.

Late shipment, false communication

"I ordered IguanaMed scrubs, the promo code was great but the sales respresntative stated that the order goes through two processes to see whether the items are in stock. So for those putting items in your cart while ordering- it may not be available. I get the "processed" order email stating all items I had ordered were available. Eight days later after my "order processed" email, I get another email stating one item is backordered. Why was it "processed" and then 8 days later an sent email stating a backordered item??? They charged my credit card for all the items, including the backordered item which is unclear when it will available (another email I had sent wondering when the backordered item would be available). So, my credit card is charge for all items even though all items were not sent to me. Shipment specifies that it will be delivered between 9-11 days, day 9 I get a shipment notification- so it took that long! Then, I email about a shipping fee and get no response. Terrible false advertising service. The shipment of 2of 3 items ordered where in good shape, it's just the hassle, the false advertising, late shipment, and charging my credit card when one item wasn't included. I will never order from this place again, I'd rather pay the $3 extra dollars to have speedy reliable service. "

"I paid one price for my order, then they have sent me a different invoice with higher price, giving me a bogus answer trying to get more money out of me:
"Thank you for the response. I understand that what you paid is the amount of the order you had the moment you placed the order. However, the logo which you have uploaded on the website has a default amount of $6.49. But once the logo is already evaluated by the logo experts in terms of complexity, threads to be used and size, the embroidery price for it will be updated.

That’s the reason why the order had a balance of $40.50. The logo will be kept on file for future orders. Please let me know if this will work."

"It was very a good experience with pulse. I bought some lab coats with monogramming. They have really nice selection of tall lab coats, esp Landau coats for tall man. Service was also good, took around 6 days to get my lab coats, which is not bad. The material is also thick. I don't wear lab coat daily, that's why I need good thick material. Will buy again from them."
