"So at first it seemed all good and well. i was getting info on what to do, when to do it etc. then these meetings became about literally nothing they would call, tell me the same things i already knew, and then schedule a meeting. and no matter if you were happy or not everyone's response is "ok great" Today was the final straw, when they called i was already annoyed in the first few minute in and it was obvious yet the rep just kept saying " ok great" . i advised her i was pretty much done with a " service" that really wasn't providing a service at all. She proceeded to tell me she was going to run a scan on my website to see what my issues may be, once she ran the scan she started rambling, so when i asked her to slow down and explain it to me she was like, well i can transfer you yo a specialist that will go over plans and service and can better analyze the scan, i'm like why run a scan for me if you cannot explain t to me, she again states "ok great" i advise to please send me to someone who can cancel my account. i was put on hold and told i would receive a call in 24-48 hrs re the matter, but they were already aware i wanted to cancel!
i have come to learn today from someone else who was scammed by them that this is who they are! i will most certainly be contacting all necessary legal enforcement i can. They wont get me twice!"
"We signed up more than a year ago for a service with them, and have tried for 4 months now to reach them to cancel out subscription. They will not provide a copy of our contract. They will not cancel service. They do no return phone calls. This is a BIG WARNING about this unethical, fraudulent company. "
"They make lots of promises they dont send you any information about what they have done for you, they expect you to take their word for it. Then you try to cancel your account, you end up on the phone all day without any luck, then when you finally do get a live person, they say you have to pay a percentage of the contract. I dont know about anyone else I fulfilled my end by paying them and they give me nothing for what I paid for. This is a huge scam please please do not use this company if you do you will be very sorry you did. They only want your money and give you nothing in return. I am so sorry I tried them out only to make my bank account smaller. Dont fall for their lies, they are in business to take advantage of the small business owner. At first they took my credit card and I asked bluntly I do you want you to save my information. They said og no it goes away. Then they called me the next day and can we use your card on file. I said why was I lied too and told my information would not be saved and it was. Just they lie about everything and then expect you to pay top dollar and get nothing in return. "
