"I placed a three item order in May and while two items were supposed to arrive within a week, I was informed that the third one would take longer.
Well, after two months they only sent one item!
After six months I requested a refund for the two remaining items and now it has been a month since I've requested my money back (Dec 2013).
Very poor communication; I've been chasing them on a weekly basis and they never reply."
"On 9/10/2013 I ordered and paid for an item. According to their website the item would be dispatched within approximately 7 days. On 15/10/2013 in response to my email, I was told that the product hadn't yet been received. On 29/10/2013, following numerous unanswered emails, I was told that they still didn't have stock. So I finally cancelled my order on 4/11/2013 and was advised by return email, that a refund had been processed. I have sent many emails saying that the refund has not been received with the occasional response asking me to check my bank again in 24 to 48 hours. To date I have still not received a refund."

"The staff at Proviation was BEYOND helpful! I recently acquired an aircraft for maintenance and wanted to see what kind of package they could assemble for me, delivery times, pricing, etc. It took the sales rep only a few hours to get back to me with a recommended list of options and products for me to order. Plus,they pointed me to some discounts and deals they had happening on-site.
In the end, I picked up some pilot training books, an Airbox Aware 5 system (very nice considering the competitive price!), cleaning supplies, and Aeroshell 80 Aviation Oil. I'm especially impressed by the quality of the oil, as my engine seems to be running a lot smoother overall. I've had bad experiences in the past and think I finally found a brand and carrier that work for me.

"Look no further if you seek out value and service. I eft a message with a list f items needed and within the hr a representative was in touch to quote me for all of the items combined. She reliably informed me of the delivery schedules and kindly offered to dispatch the items presently available ex stock.
I am pleased to say I m in receipt of all my items bar one which is expected a the en of the month. I shall e please to update further on receipt.
Proviation uses Parcelforce on request which is convenient as they seem to leave items at your local post office. Usefull f you have a segmented delivery. "

There are communication issues which still need to improve, but my impression has improved of the company following today's conversation.

No- one ever answers the phone or replies to messages left on the phone. I quote from their last e-mail response on 27 July:" I will refund you and send the myClip for free." Guess what - nothing to date (6 August) or reply to my last e-mail 2 days ago. Make your own judgement about these guys."
"I have only placed one order, so I might be an exception. My impression is that they are quick to answer and serve while things are going well; however, if there is a problem with your order, they tend to postpone fixing or investigating the issue.
If you do go ahead and order from them, and your order has some issues, be prepared to wait for some time. And if you cancel the order and ask for a refund, it can take some time for that too. However; I do think they have good intentions and that they will see it through in the end. At least I got my money back."

After several months of being fobbed off it became apparent that these people weren't going to deliver anything any time soon. Cancelled the order and was told a refund to my credit card would be forthcoming no problem (yes, I actually managed to get through to a human being on this occasion). Still waiting for my refund. They make themselves difficult to contact, no response to e-mails except a standard 'your order is important to us etc....' a telephone answering machine answers all calls. I've had to resort to getting my credit card company involved.
They promise everything, and deliver nothing, and keep your money to boot. That's been my experience. AVOID. "

Has been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. Impossible to get in contact with them by phone or over their online-chat, only an answering machine. Asked for a refund of payment, without any answer. Do not buy anything from this so called "company"!"
