"I paid for about $1000 leads around 4 addresses targeting the complexes at those addresses in a multi unit. $881. Once I got the addresses only about 30 of those were good contacts. Can’t see the addresses until paid. I spoke with someone and they said it should about 95%. Ha maybe 95% incorrect. I probably got to 5% of who I was targeting. Disappointed but know better for next time. The mailer was nice looking just don’t think it’s going to matter to the people that get it."
