"I love the ease of creating a postcard and uploading my mailing list. Price is good. Printed and delivered quickly. But you guys have to figure out a way to avoid the dreaded SMUDGE. Every single postcard I receive has a smudge. Not the sample one sent to my office, but I include my home address in the mailing so I know when it was delivered and so I can see what a random recipient receives. There is always a smudge. I read the disclosure prior to finalizing each order but there's got to be a better way. I get postcards from other companies that don't have the smudge. So why can't ProspectsPlus do it? "

Sorting damage usually occurs when postal sorting rollers sit on the surface of a postcard longer than usual such on cards sorted more than others like your seed card going to a different address grouping than the mailing list used or return mail.
