Do NOT BUY FROM THEM!

"I have had a terrible experience with Pro Sound Gear. I purchased something for my daughter for Christmas which they claimed they shipped- which they never did! My daughter contacted them on 2 occasions asking about the product. She was told to be patient since a part was back ordered. I have been more than patient and asked for a refund. I was told after being on hold for more than 30 minutes that I do not qualify for a refund since it has been more than 6 months. I was charged for the item and have nothing- Now they say that they will give me a credit. NO! I demand a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! "

RUN... DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

"THEIR RETURN POLICY IS VERY MISLEASDING AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. Wow...where to start?? I ordered a 4 watt Vox amp for a studio from Pro Sound Gear recently and returned it because it wasn't what we needed at the time. I kept original box and original packing materials because I knew we may need to return it. The amp was played for 15 minutes to make sure it worked. There is NOTHING in their return policy that says that a product could not be tested or otherwise used to determine if 1) It works as advertised and 2) It would work for the particular application.
Upon contacting them to confirm that they had received the return, they informed me I was being charged a $136 restocking fee. James Grene in customer support said that the item had a "smudge" and they could not sell the amp as new. I asked for pictures of the smudge and he did not send anything. He then told me the amp was not shipped in the original packaging. He could not provide pictures of this as well. This was a bold-faced lie as i held onto to original box and packing materials.
Finally he said that the amp was returned used and the would not be able to sell as new per the manufacturer's guidelines. I did receive a phone call and was given an email address for a supervisor. I never heard back from the supervisor. Lastly, I spoke to someone in customer service and they said they would talk to another person the see if anything could be done. I asked when I could expect a call back and she said by the end of the day....I have yet to hear back from anyone from this company. I am sure this company does not care about their customers and will be out of business very soon. If you advertise a return policy that is similar to competitors, then you should honor it! Hire an attorney to draft a return policy that is not false advertising! You should be ashamed of the way you treat customers who are trying to spend hard earned money with you! Very fitting that this company is based in Florida since they're about as Mickey Mouse as they come. IF YOU WERE REALLY PRO, AS IN PROFESSIONAL, YOU WOULD STICK BY YOUR PRODUCTS AND TAKE CARE OF ALL CUSTOMERS.
