"I was worried that this was going to be one of those sites where the dress is a copy of the picture. But i was very happy when I recieved my dress and it was exactly like the picture. It was very long but I expected that since most quality dresses require a hem adjustment. It was also a little big in the bust (I’m very skinny) but I just had it taken in a little. "I've had terrible experiences with formal dress retailers (i.e., late shipping, not the same as the picture online, credit card being stolen!!) but PromGirl was definitely a website I would use again. "Our package was delivered to a neighbor so by the time my daughter tried it on (it had a defective seam) and I tried to return it in what I thought was 7 days... but they counted the day it was delivered to the wrong home... I have been a customer for years. They had a complicated procedure with photos to be "approved" for sending it back. They were rude and so unhelpful.. I am going to try to take it to a tailor to fix the seam and never order from them again."
