"excellent product - so far- EXCEPT do note that this unit comes with ALL BNP (british national thread) connections - INCLUDING the LP - which can not be adapted with standard NPT adapters - must be NPTF (fine grade) specifications. these are VERY difficult to source (find/order) but not cost prohibitive (under $20). The gas line coupling that comes with the unit is NOT approved, certified, is prohibited by many/all state/municipal code, - aka IS NOT SAFE - at all and anyone who 'thinks' so is a fool likely soon departed. The water connections can be adapted to standard NPT with BNP(parallel) to NPT(taper) thread adapters "

I have yet to hear a word back from Products that Save. They have my$259.79 and I have nothing!!! Do not even consider doing business with these thieves. They will steal your money!!! "This company has not performed. I placed the order after a google shopping search. Web site says that they are BBB accredited. They are not and actually have a "f" rating by BBB. The order was promised to be shipped 11/12/09. It is now 11/15 and there is nothing except for my charge to my credit card. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email daily since the order. They have not responded to either and likely will not make my promised ship or arrival date.
