"I ordered the wrong sensor and was told they don't do any exchanges, so I had to send it back to the Sloan manufacturer and wait until the have received and inspected the product I ordered. Then after that I would receive a partial refund because they charge a $25 restocking fee.
I ordered this product in November, and still haven't received a refund, So I reordered the right product because we need running sinks in our establishment. It's been over two weeks and still no sign of the new Sensor I ordered. I don't like this business and I don't appreciate the run around. I will find other outlets to order from."
