"Ordered an item listed as in stock(Philips Vox340 bluetooth earbuds). Next day e-mailed it was out of stock or discontinued and order canceled and removed from the website but as of this moment isn't(http://www.procura.com/vox340.html).

Refused Deliveries
If for any reason a delivery is refused by the customer, Efuntional.com will charge a %20 restocking fee plus the total amount of the shipping charges to the customers credit card.

If you assume that typo is for Efunctional.com, which is listed in their contact info(http://www.procura.com/contact1.html) as the mailing address, then the item I tried to buy is listed at over twice as much($102.59 vs $46.43 at Procura) but not available for purchase.

The credit is pending and I have found the item at another site for a few bucks more than I was looking to buy from this site for but this is overall definately a lapse in professionalism.

"Ordered Sonic Impact T-Amp and the status said that the item was in stock. After 5 days of waiting, my order status was changed to "back ordered; will ship in 1-2 weeks." Their policy says that they don't charge the credit card until my order is shipped, but they charged immediately anyway even though it hadn't shipped. To their credit, they did refund the money as soon as the order was confirmed to be "back-ordered," but it is unacceptable for them to have said that it was in stock and to charge my credit card before shipping anyway. I'm currently in the process of cancelling my order.

edit #1:

I just sent off the email to cancel my order since they don't have a phone number to call. The freaking email address does not exist! The email bounced right back with an undeliverable error. This is ridiculous. Never buy from them!

edit #2:

I now tried to reach their customer service department to correct the fact that the email address for cancellation does not exist, and I've found that the address for customer service does not exist as well. This is completely unacceptable. Will never shop there again.

I've now changed my opinion from "very dissatisfied" to "somewhat dissatisfied" because I used their phone number which is "only for special orders" to contact them and inform them about their email address problems and to check my order status. My order was canceled and everything was cleared up in about 30 seconds. The phone representative was very friendly and helpful.
