"I bought a high-end laptop from ProStar a long time ago. It's still going strong after 6-1/2 years and about 800 flights.
Their pricing was the best around, and service was good too. My only complaint was that it required a phone call from a sales person to confirm the order, and it took several days to ship. Since it was a customized system, the burn-in time was probably reasonable."

"I ordered a P950HP6, and it arrived on time and packaged professionally. However, it did have an issue with one of the keys on the keyboard. I emailed Prostar and they were quick with responding to my issue. We talked over the phone and a RMA was sent so I could ship the laptop back. I was under the impression that it would take at least two weeks to receive my laptop back given we were on opposite sides of the country. Lo and behold, I had it back in just about a week, which is a very impressive turn-around time.

"I ordered a Prostar P650HS-G on Amazon Prime and it took 5 days to get to my house. Boot up was quick, no bloatware and everything went smooth as ****. This laptop crushes every other brand in its price point; every aspect of the laptop was perfect except for the fingerprint sensor which doesn't work that well. Gaming is super fun on this thing; crushes Witcher 3 (graphics settings maxed out) and Battlefield 1 (also maxed out). Also the screen is pretty prime, the 120hz refresh rate is definitely a nice experience. One of my favorite things about this laptop is the keyboard: it has a nice consistent feel throughout and is also an excellent experience. Customer service was also top notch: they will go above and beyond to help you to resolve any issues. "So I been looking into getting a new gaming computer for a while. A friend showed me this Prostar Clevo P870DM2 Gaming Laptop on newegg and I was like hmmm I will try it. When I got it, it was so nice looking and it ran well. Not a single issue for the next couple months. After a hardware issue I sent it to them and they fixed it. Plus I got it back in a jiffy. The support is actually awesome, as a person that has dealt with people of Microsoft and EA support, let me say Prostar has them beat by far. Its Work again and love it. I usually build my own desktop computers for the intensive graphic and presentation work I do as a teacher, so I was bit leary about getting a pre-built machine, but I had little choice as I needed a laptop. "Both my wife and I have had ProStar laptops for many years - at least 6 computers in all, and are about to purchase another one. They all have been state-of-the-art; fast, reliable, and durable - well, except for the one that got run over by my car…it needed a new display.
