"I have purchased Biofreeze from this merchant twice in the past 7 months, and their service has been exemplary. In both cases I received the product within one week of ordering it.

I had a problem with the most recent purchase about 3 weeks ago. I had ordered three tubes of Biofreeze, and when the package arrived, the shipping label was stamped in red "Received Open". It was obvious that the package had been re-taped by someone, but one of the tubes of Biofreeze was missing from the package. I contacted Pro Therapy by phone and reported the incident. After submitting photos of the package (which I was smart enough to take even before I open it), I received a replacement tube of Biofreeze a week later.

"If you visit this online business you will see they have a 'no hassle return policy' in place. This may give you enough confidence to make a purchase. Yet if you find yourself needing to return an unused/unopened product you must complete an online return form & this is where the hassling begins. You learn there are several criterion set in place to prevent you from ever being awarded a merchandise return number, which is the very thing you need to be able to receive reimbursement. This will be withheld from you and no arguing sanity will cause this fraudulent business to compensate you fairly.
I recommend you instead make your online purchases at Amazon or thru PayPal. ..or any system that has customer protections in place."

"The details of the product I ordered were inaccurately listed. Although they agreed to take it back, they refused to pay for return shipping. They seem significantly more concerned with saving a few dollars than their reputation and with doing what is fair, right, and reasonable.

Here are a few more details, if helpful. Although the product arrived in a timely manner, it didn't work for me. I requested a refund, and like I mentioned, they agreed to accept it back. I also requested they pay for return shipping because I had ordered to the item to the exact specifications they listed online. In the end, they refused and blamed the manufacturer for the inaccurate information. I'm not concerned with whose fault it is, I simply wanted them to make it right. Their mission statement reads "Pro Therapy Supplies' team members are passionate about customer service and ensuring every experience is a great one...Our core motto is to under promise and over deliver while, forming strong relationships with our customers." As a warning to others, I feel a need to point out that my experience with them was poor, even though I gave them several opportunities to turn it back into a great one by simply paying for the return shipping. They seem to care more about $5 than their reputation and customer loyalty. I won't do business with them again."

"Dont even want to give them any stars. They took too long to process your order. I urgently needed Rocktape to take to training on Monday. I ordered the product the Tuesday before, and got a confirmation on Thursday saying that they had only shipped my item on that day itself. Checked tracking and they say I wont be able to receive it until Monday. I even ordered it to be deliver via 2 day air USPS. But because they took so long to process I cant receive it on time. Now I had to go to one of the retailers in NJ to get it. Such inconvenience and all they say was they can only refund you your $$ back. What good will it do!!
I even ordered something else online that very same day and I received my items that Friday. It was shipped without the 2 day air USPS.
So think again if you are considering buying items from them.

In my personal experience I have found they have the best price, shipped in a timely manner and the quality has been excellent. Customer service has always been great and very helpful. I tell all my friends to check them first, I'm unsure of why all the negative reviews. Some of the items I have purchased include, Tenspro (electro therapy kit), heating pads, compression socks, back support pillows and many more items. I have back issues but still love being active. "The free shipping is not very fast and may take more than a week, however considering the fact that it's free it's still OK.
I've ordered several items and received most of them in a reasonable time.
I had some issues with one of my last orders and there was a missing item in that order. Apparently the item was back ordered however it wasn't noted on their system. I contacted their customer service and MS. Dawn took care of that and shipped the missing item on the same day I spoke to her.
Overall, I like the way they have wide variety of physical therapy supplies and I don't need to go to multiple locations for my needs.
Despite my last experience, I'll still consider them for my physical therapy supply needs."

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a Body Blade in April 2014 and never got the wall chart that was suppose to come with it...spending $143. I sent approximately five emails to Pro Therapy Supplies customer service and always got a quick response saying they would contact the supplier and have the chart sent to me...NEVER SENT. Every time they said it would be taken care of, most correspondence by a Janice Foy, customer service representative from Pro Therapy. I simply got tired of emailing and asking...I will never buy from Pro Therapy again or recommend them.
