Do not trust this company with your money!

"After considering a major equipment purchase for nearly a year, I decided to place an order with Ted Williams (President) / Professional Marketing Services, Inc. I purchased my first large format printer from this company and some other supplies in previous years, so had a good trust level going in. At the end of February bit the bullet and ordered a $15,000 heat press from France - and then the Covid-19 madness began. They received my money 2/27 and as early as 3/2 I began asking for confirmations, documentation of my order, and updates from Sefa in France about any possible supply chain or production issues due to the Coronavirus. All requests for documents ignored, and it takes many repeated texts, emails and calls to even get through to Ted. When I do reach him, I get nothing but excuses and more excuses. When it became clear it was not going to be possible to get my press from France, I cancelled my order (and after asking for 10 days for proof of my order, updates from Sefa about production delays, etc and getting zero answers from Ted). In the nearly 3 weeks that have followed it has been one excuse after another, and strings of ignored calls, emails, and texts. So far I have only been able to recover 10% of my money and have yet to receive proof he ever even ordered the equipment. He will give me no timeline for repayment, no interest, nothing! Treating me (a single person small business and his customer) as a credit line to cover his cash flow issues. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable - DO NOT SEND THIS MAN YOUR MONEY!!! Order elsewhere - what used to be a reputable company is no more..."

Absolute worst experience!! I will never shop with this company again

"This is my experience and opinion of this company. I bought a Hotronix dual air fusion from them. It showed up defective twice.
I requested that I get my money back and Hotronix agreed to take the press back since it was a manufactures defect. Now I understand that Ted Williams who owns pro imaging supplies doesn't own hotronix and he is only the reseller. But here is where they treated me horrible. Hotronix refunded him and he still had my 100% of my money. For over a month he would not take my call or return any of my calls. I left over 45 messages for him to call me back. This period of time was over a month long. I was told that I would get a call that night, that never happened. I was told that I would hear back on another day, that never happened. I finally lost my patience and did a credit card dispute. Thank god I did that because thats is the only reason I received a full refund. Then Ted Williams told me that to get a refund I had to sign a NDA saying that I won't write anything bad about his company. I told him that I would never sign anything like that. He threatened to sue me and kept saying that what I wrote is actionable? If you ever pay for something with this company make sure you use a credit card. Visa and Mastercard have the last say and they will stick up for you the consumer. And not people/companies like this one. I heard every excuse in the book from this company. I will never recommend them or buy from them again.

Bought a Product that never worked

"Got an F2100 printer for them and it NEVER worked for me.
-Training was included in the price (Except it wasn't)
When the trainer did come, nothing came of it! I didn't get any help, and for the past 6 or so months of having the machine sit in my warehouse, I've lost thousands and thousands of dollars in time, material and sanity.

I will never recommend this company to anyone.

"I have done a lot of business with Pro Imaging Supplies including even buying a professional printer and many orders of Fine Art Rolls of Photo Imaging Papers...

However when recently I mistakenly ordered sheets of Cold Press and Hot Press Paper versus the rolls I meant to order...they stated I could exchange it but I would incur a 20% re stock fee...

That won't happen and I will not be doing business with this company again...I'm opening one gallery now and another in the next year "Big Mistake"

"I can't imagine why this company does't have more reviews. They are a very good company to deal with. I recently bought an Epson 4900 printer from them (with a $600 rebate). Their price was the lowest on the net and they have a very knowledgeable staff. Maggie answered all may questions from start to finish. I would not hesitate to order fron them again."

" In the process of checking online merchants that were authorized dealers for Epson Pro printers,I came across a link to PIS/PMS on Amazon.com.
Called them on the phone to get some more specific info and had a very delightful and educational experiance speaking to their very professional and knowledgeable rep, Maggie.
In addition to the great service, their prices were very competative, and far lower than anyone else on the printer itself. .
I wound up ordering a Printer and assorted supplies at the end of our conversation.
Epson is currently running several promotions and I received even greater discounts than their already low prices and I was also supplied with all the necessary documentation so I could take advantage of a substantial rebate from Epson, on the printer
The order has arrived in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased!

"After searching through several online stores, I found Pro Imaging Supplies with the best prices. They even advised me of a special discount set up by Canon, as I purchased the Canon iPF6100 wide format printer. The printer came with Canon's sample roll of paper, but Pro Imaging Supplies, as a promotion, added a 24inchX39foot roll of water resistant canvas. Their website also had a live chat window, where you could chat directly with a company agent. I had a shipping delay problem, which the company corrected and provided a courtesy shipment so the delayed item could arrive the same time as the others. Shipping to Hawaii is always a concern. Another company wanted to charge $1,000 for shipping to Hawaii. Since Pro Imaging Supplies had free shipping in conus, I had them free ship to a freight forwarder in California and I set up the shipping from there and saved over $700. My contact with the company was very positive and I expect to purchase from them again."
