"ProSound & Stage Lighting is the premium audio/DJ store on the net. Their prices are the same as other online shops but their service and support is beyond all the others.
My first order this year involved some studio monitor speakers I really needed at the time. zZounds had a 2 month wait till any were in stock to ship to me. I tried to order the same speakers from ProSound that night and the next day they were shipped! I called up zZounds and canceled my 2 month waiting. The next day FedEx is at my door with the speakers and I'm super pleased!
After that, I pre-ordered a newer audio product from ProSound later that month that wasn't released yet. A few weeks after my pre-order the item shipped! I was one of the first few persons in the USA to get this new audio device! But sadly enough I found something very wrong with it and had to be returned. I dread returns but this was a defect by the equipment manufacture and not ProSound.
I call up and got a return number from the returns department. They were really nice on telling me what to do and told me once they get the item they will refund my money in about a week. I send it back to them and the day after it is delivered to ProSound my credit card is credited back for the full mount I payed for!
PSSL is a great company with great employees and untouchable service. I will always check their website first before I check anyone elses for all my audio needs in the future!"
