"I had ordered some sunglasses party favors on Thursday July 18th for Sunday July 28th. I thought this would be ample time considering they advertise FAST SHIPPING 2-3 DAYS all over their website, checkout, etc. This was for a company party, and they arrived the day AFTER the party--11 days total including the weekends.
Will definitely never order from here if I actually need it by a certain time frame. Not to mention their return policy is crap and perfectly makes everything your fault (of course), only meaning to me that this happens frequently and they just keep pocketing money and continue to advertise a service that clearly they didn't care to fulfill.
Also, their customer service member "Doreen" needs help with the customer service part of her job."
