Received message that it was off hours.left a message, then sent an email cancelling the order. Received email on Tuesday that the item shipped. WTH?? More calls,no one answering the phones.more emails. Today is Thursday, same scenario, o one answers the phones, no one responds to emails. When Item arrives, it will not be accepted. Will register a complaint with BBB and write them up in every forum I can find. OUTRAGEOUS "
"This shop will charge you for your item. My card was charged a month ago and I've received multiple emails requesting to leave a review for an item that has never even shipped. I have contacted them on multiple occasions both via phone and messaging, and they won't respond. They have a live chat widget but no one is ever online, and they ignore any message you leave.
TL;DR - THEY WILL CHARGE YOU, NEVER SEND THE ITEM, IGNORE YOUR INQUIRIES. BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IF YOU ORDER HERE!"
"I purchased a product for my car and then found it elsewhere for half the price and free shipping! I almost returned the PriusChat order, but since I had paid for priority mail, although it arrived a week later, and they charge an outrageous 15% "restocking fee," I decided to keep the order. That was my first and last order for sure. Restocking fee, really? Way to push away customers! "
"i have placed no less than 10 phone calls with messages asking them to return my. I left email messages to please contact me. All the calls made by me was during their business hours. This was done over about a ten day period. To date I have not received on return phone call from them. Not one return email from them. I purchased and paid for a item on their site on October 3rd. They claim the item was available. They did not bother to contact me until they shipped the item on the 14th of October 11 days after they were paid they decided to ship what I pa I'd for. This is the very worst service I have had in a very long time. This was my first order with these people and it will be my last these folks are horrible and as far as my experience with them they have no idea of how to take care of customers. I'm done completely. DONE. Ps to date the only contact I had from them to date was a email simply stating item shipped??? REALLY"
"This is probably my 6th purchase in the last 5 years from the PriusChat.com sales shop. Usually great pricing, family run business model. Not the quickest way to order, but never had an issue. You place an order, they send it to their supplier for processing, and then your order ships...usually ends up taking 2-3 weeks to receive your item. Customer service is fine, they take a few days to reply to your email, but otherwise all ok. Some parts for the Prius are only offered through this site, so there isn't much competition at times!"
