"Won a great bid. They never shipped it. Emailed for about 17 days. They gave me the run around. When I questioned it, they told me the item was not available. They tried to give me my original form if payment a credit to there site. Additionally, they the provided no explanation ad to what happened to the item I paid for and won. I am still trying to get a response from them confirming they are going to return my money. This company is a joke."
"This site not only didn't send me the items I was charged for, but after I placed a dispute with my credit card company it was found that they shipped the product to the wrong state and then proceeded to send me an additional invoice for processing, shipping and restocking fees when it was their mistake. I have tried to contact them, but they provide no phone numbers and do not respond to their emails or help desk tickets. The additional invoice they sent me threatens to send me to collections if I do not pay in full within 30 days. I have opened up a case with the better business bureau and will dispute this any and all additional charges. I have not received a refund for the original amount and will continue to dispute these charges as well.
Not to mention that the items they sell are misleading until you read the fine print on what they are really auctioning off. But the many other bad reviews on here give plenty of detail about that and I really don't need to go into that any further.
Hopefully people will come here and check reviews first before bidding on items and trying to deal with this shady company."
"My name is Brandon, I am an American war Veteran of two different theaters. Although Pristine is legitimate there business ethics is more than questionable and heres why. I bought a full size on field authentic hydro dip NFL football helmet, only it was a full size Youth. The issue is... nowhere in the title did it read youth. It only read youth in the fine print. This is 1970's dirty business tactics using fine print to hide the real description of the item being auctioned. When I emailed (there is no phone number to talk directly) my issues they told me all sales are final and I agreed to their dirty tactics when I placed my bid. It's just terrible how they treat veterans.

"I've purchased 4-5 pieces of autographed jerseys! Junk none are actual jerseys. I placed a bid on the ten minute auctions multiple times with ten seconds left and it tells me the bid is closed! How is it closed when there is time on the counter. Also I placed bids on about five different items and on everyone of those I was the high bidder until time lapsed. Then I get one email showing me I was knocked out of the bid. Personally I think the computer bids against you so they can get their mark up price. Unless you want to pay an outrageous price on junk merchandise I'd go somewhere else maybe rsa auctions. I purchased an gronkowski jersey signed still hasn't arrived. I emailed them and nothing back yet."
"I waited all day to place my bid on a Cameron Jordan signed jersey, and when it finally came down to the final few minutes this website screwed me over. When it got down to the final little bit I placed my bid, I was the highest bid then all of a sudden I refreshed my page to make sure I was still highest bidder and all of a sudden it went from 50 seconds remaining to 7 minutes, fine. I waited the 7 minutes and it came down to 15 seconds, I place my bid it didn't go through so I tried again, and it said I was below the last bid, when the last bid was lower then mine. But I refreshed again and yet again 9 minutes back on the clock. But this time I wasn't able to click on the item or bid on it and when I tried it said error. All I wanted after a day of stressful waiting, and after a day where my city went into complete stay-at-home orders was to buy a signed jersey to make me happy, but pristine auction made that impossible. "
