"Well, from the experience I've had with this company you don't want to do business with them. I purchase some memory for my CPU and did get it within a reasonable time, but I had problems with the memory right off the bat. It simply does not work. I have tried numerous time to contact this company by phone with no luck. I have sent several emails to any and all email addresses I could find related to this company with absolutely no reply's. NONE...I have seen nor heard one word from this company. Do not do business with this company. Had I seen the ratings of this company before dealing with them, I'd definitely gone somewhere else."

"I too received the message that my shipping address was not on file. So I changed my mind and didn't want the order anymore. So I closed the web page since it never told me my order was completed. But they had already charged my credit card for the amount. I'm trying to email them for a credit back, we'll see how far that goes.

Watch out for this company and web site. Their order function is broken.

UPDATE (7/22/04):
The charge never stuck permantly. It stayed in the pending transactions for a few days, then dissapeared.

I finally received an email response on 7/18/04 (almost 6 weeks later).

"I placed an order on 3-20-04 and received my cdrom drive on 4-5-04 which is 16 days later. I repeatly checked the status of my order which was always pending until they shipped the order. No e-mails were ever answered! No tracking info was ever given! I would not recommend this company to anyone!"

"I ordered one item that was not shipped until 20 days later. When it arrived it was the correct CDrom drive, but it looked used. The drive was in a used static bag. After first ordering i received an email. No emails after that until I started sending an email to the sales, support, and info departments. The info department came back as not being found. I sent an email every day after the first week of no response. They finally responded 4 days before packaged was shipped, of course this is after 16 days of no word. Stay away from this company. Stay far away!"

"I ORDERED TWO ITEMS THAT WERE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL TEN DAYS LATER. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE NOT THE CORRECT ITEMS BUT INFERIOR ITEMS THAT WERE AT LEAST TWO YEAR OLD TECHNOLOGY. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER SYSTEM HAD BEEN DOWN AND THEY HAD TO REBUILD THE ORDER WITH THE DATA RECOVERED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE CORRECTED AND I WOULD HAVE AN ANSWER IN TWO HOURS OR LESS BY EMAIL. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS AND NO EMAIL AND I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. I GET A MESSAGE TO EMAIL A TECH REP FOR EDGE MICRO. I LOOKED UP EDGE MICRO AND WAS HORRIFIED TO SEE MESSAGES JUST LIKE THIS. I PLAN ON FOLLOWING UP WITH THE DOP."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They lost my order initially... I waited for 2 full weeks with out ANY idea of what had happened to my order (BUT my credit card was charged on the 15th regardless...). When I called them to ask for the status of my order I was told "oh, our computer system went down... yeah, sorry, we don't have your order in our systems anymore... you'll have to forward us that invoice we sent you... thank you... ".
Thinking that this would take care of the issue, I forwarded that message on January 30th (15 days AFTER initial order), and was replied to in an email saying my order would be processed WITHIN 2 buisness days. Well, here it is, Feb. 13th... I look up the tracking number that I had to get from thier website, only to find they sent the order to shipping Feb. 10th via ground shipping!!! I STILL have to wait for my order, which I have LONG since paid for. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! PLEASE, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! THEY WERE WILLING TO STEAL MY MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE WITHOUT EVER NOTIFYING ME OF ANY TROUBLES THEY HAD (if they even really DID have troubles...).

"After reading a host of negative reviews about the company, i was a bit hesistant. However, their $20 pricetag on a Nikao Zeus case with window was too low to pass up. I'm in no way dissapointed...I was promptly sent an invoice, and the case arrived a week later in perfect conidition (though strangely with no written invoice...). Great case for a great price...recommended. "
