PriorService.com Does not Respond to Customers Concerns

"I bought a shirt that was too small and need to exchange it. The website says customer satisfaction guaranteed 100% but no one responds to my email or answers the phone and there is no voice mail system to leave a message. I don't recommend wasting your money with these people."

Cryptologic Technician Hat - USN

"ed. This was my first purchase from the "Prior Service Veterans Superstore" and It was received within a few days of the order (Shipped from MD.) ... I had issues trying to find a hat with my rate emblem on the brim and was pleased that they had exactly what I had in mind. Since I purchased this right from their site, I was skeptical on the quality since I had been let down by others in the past. In short, the quality was excellent in terms of material and my perception of craftmanship. The patch of the front may be a little large for the hat and it may be slightly more expensive than other companies, but those would be my only small suggestions to them.

What surprised me is that when I cam here to review the hat, I saw quite a few negative reviews that caused me to question if it was the same company. My guess is that Prior Service has either changed their manufacturing process or the previous reviews were on other products in their catalogue. I can only comment on the hat that I purchased.

BE WARNED: This is a Chinese Rip Off outfit

"Don't believe anything you read on their website. This is a Chinese outfit pretending to be a US company and you'll be extremely lucky--and one of the very rare instances--if you actually get what you ordered. I order a couple of car stickers and never got them. I tried to contact the seller, and never heard back.

Total rip off. I'm just thankful I didn't spend a lot of money with them.

Never received my order

"Ordered a decal and after a few weeks I went to check on it and it had been sent to Florida and I live in New Mexico. It didn't get any better after that and it's now late February and I have nothing and they claim to be refunding my money but that is still the lowest of the low in customer service. I would avoid this company at all costs"

Inferior product

"I ordered a ball cap after seeing a picture. When I received the hat it was nothing like pictured. It sat on my head like a beenie. The embroidery was small again not as pictured. After a few emails I was greeted in an email from customer service saying I was Karen. Terrible company. Run"

Sent something different

"I special ordered a hat and sent a picture exactly how I wanted it to look. I followed up with a phone call. Customer service received the picture and said they could make it. When I received the hat, it was entirely different. I immediately sent it back and called to complain. They said no refunds and the hat was good enough. Use caution. These people are ripping off veterans."

BEWARE...ITEMS ARE MISREPRESENTED.

"Items provided had Militarybest.com labels are in each hat. If I wanted to buy from Militarybest.com, I would have, at a cheaper price. I called prior to placing my order to ensure these ball caps were of the same heavy materials and quality as those purchased by the Navy and sold onboard ship. This was confirmed. Clearly, this is not the case. This is a much cheaper product. The materials are thin and weak. Even the officer braids (e.g., eggs) are cheap iron-on vice embroidered. These are already starting to come of prior to even shaping the brim or wearing. Your website requests the years service to verify the proper embroidery design; clearly this is also not the case. The ball caps provided is not the same as issued. Clearly this was also mis-represented. Note: This review will likely be deleted by PriorService.com."

Finally a company that cares

"It is so good to to business with a reliable and honest company like Priorservice.com. I ordered one 50/50 blend polo shirt from Prior Service and was surprised at the outstanding quality. The Combat Infantry Badge embroidery was flawless so I decided I wanted to order 3 more shirts that were slightly different. I called and the nicest man answered the phone and assisted me. The three shirts came but due to no fault of Prior Service the shirts weren’t correct. I exchanged a couple of emails with the company and got responses from them when they opened for business the next day. Brother, did they not only immediately rectify the problem but they treated my very, very well. You can’t go wrong with this US based company. "

Terrible

"I’ve ordered two shirts and they said delivered but nothing in my mailbox. I had to call the usps, they didn’t have it. I’m now out of $75 and no shirts. Funny how 1000 letters get delivered to me just fine, but the 2 that didn’t are with the same company. Way to treat a disabled vet, hope you’re proud of yourself "

"Ordered a US Army hat June 8, 2021 with advertisement that it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. Over one month later no hat. Would not respond to request for order updates or finally a request for a refund. Had to go thru credit card company to finally get money back. Scammers! "

Late shipment, no follow up

"I ordered a license plate on December 2nd. It was supposed to ship in 7-10 days. After 10 days and no notification from the company, I called and was told they didn’t have the item I ordered in stock. Instead of them telling me that when I ordered and not allowing me to place the order, they took my money anyway. I called again after 10 more days and was told the item was being shipped. The message I received in my email said it was shipped on December 22nd- 3 days before Christmas so there was no way to get it before the holiday. I finally received it on 06 January. I was impressed with the plate but not the company. Their address is listed in Maryland and Google maps shows it is 2 hours away from my house. If that’s true, why did it take over a month to deliver my order? I could have picked it up myself and saved the postage cost!"

Amazing small business with great customer service!

"I'm a returning customer here, I have ordered from them over 20 times. Nearly every order is delivered quickly and without issue. I did once order an item which was out of stock and discontinued, but they offered to replace it and throw in a free gift as well! Every time I speak to them I get the best customer service, you can tell that they really care. I will be coming back for years to come! :)"

Product quality control is lacking

"I ordered a USS Rathburne FF-1057 17 x 7 print and found the print was missing paint on several areas of the ship. I looked at photos on the Prior Service website of other ships in the class and found the identical defect on those photos which indicates to me that a basic portrait of the FF-1052 Knox class ships was being used and the hull number and ships crest was being changed in the final print to reflect the specific ship ordered. I talked with customer service and asked why the print was being sold with the defects and received a response that was how the ship was supposed to look as it was steaming through water. I was told to destroy the photo and send an email to ****@**** and they would refund my purchase. I asked if they could have someone at their end use Photoshop to edit the picture to remove the defects and was told that the only person that could do this is the original artist. The entire response by Prior Service was a bunch of baloney. "
