"As I was just the middle man, I asked my client to write a review and this is was he had to say.


Overall it was very good. Areas for potential improvement included:

1. One padfolio was below standards and I felt that I could not give it to customers. The square of leather stitched to the pen holder was askew and not nice looking.
2. The pen holder loops were of quite variable tightness and half of them barely fit our pens. The ones that did fit were very nice though.
3. The shipping boxes were not good. The problem was that all the padfolios came out with dust on them and I had to dust them all before distributing them. If they fixed that, it would be a big improvement.

That should cover it. Despite the issues I described, I would still work with them in the future.
