"These lights are high quality. I had to make a wine bottle lamp for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. I had placed my order with you too late, so had to buy a strand from the local craft store. "Found their website and decided to order since it was shipping from TX and I am in Louisiana & I recollect seeing some delivery chart on their website that said @2 days for the region. Too I called and spoke with someone there who assured me they would ship out same day. Though paid express delivery (2-5 days), didn't receive package til day 7 and one day after my event. I called day 6 too since I hadn't received a tracking number confirmation via email. I was very disappointed since 1) I could have ordered elsewhere; 2) customer service was like... Oh well...
