"my mother received a brand new hospital bed, wheelchair and several other items. the on staff RN was very friendly and explained the whole process to me, when the techs came to set up the bed they were very professional and answered all my questions. "I purchase an inflatable rubber invalid ring - 18" from this supplier on 4/12/2017, used only two times for driving long distances. By the the second time I tried to use this product, June 2017, the ring was already leaking air, render it unusable. When asked for a replacement, it was denied. A complete waste of money and time. Now I have to start looking again for a reliable product to aliviate my back pain. Do not purchase products from a company which do not stand behind their products !!! Prime Medical Store ****!!!"
"I have used this company for over 13 years. They follow the insurance guidelines on providing medical equipment. They are a Medicare and a MediCal provider of medical equipment for over 18 years. They are also accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. The Nurse as described in a previous review was extremely helpful. She is a registered nurse, a public health nurse, and has a Master's Degree in Nursing. My doctor told me his entire practice of physicians uses this company. I highly recommend this company!!!!"
"I would not recommend nor would I buy from this company. I am disabled in a wheelchair on oxygen and I depend 0n my electric wheelchair to get around. I had to order batteries and a charger for my chair and I ordered from prime medical and they promised to delivered it to me and put me off three times and and the last time I waited for them the whole day after they told me they would be there and at approx 3:45pm I called them and asked what time are they going to come and I was informed by the office manager the driver called in sick and no one would be at my house again. I asked why someone did not call me and let me know an di was told we dont call people and if i want I can go somewhere else. I waited approx two and a half months to be told to go somewhere else. I was then put on the phone with the owner I was asked just like this {what do you want} and I said I wanted my batteries and my charger and I was tolds by her three times I can go else where. I asked her if this is the way they treated customers and I was told to go else where. All i can say is they will promise you the moon to get yopur order and just jerk you around and break there promises after they get the order. I have put in complaints with the state medicla board and consumer affairs I was told I am not the first person thatb was put through this. The owner is a nurse by trade and I guess this business is extra money because people that depend on there main business for money dont jerk there customers around and tell them to go else. All I can say is I would not let them order or take care of animals beside letting them care for people. "
