"BE CAREFUL buying from this internet company. I received my "Commercial Microwave Oven" damaged. I was informed that it was a three day time frame for delivery (6 days). The staff is really unknowledgeable when it comes to there products, they had no idea what the difference was between a $375.00 NSF commercial microwave oven opposed to a $40.00 Walmart model. Lee the salesman does not return calls, and has no idea on how to handle a situation concerning a damaged item I received (The microwave glass was cracked). He held me off for two days, when I finally asked to speak to him, he said that this was a "Warranty Item" and that I could not have a refund, he assured me that they have no knowledge of there items they just take orders and send them to the manufacturer to be shipped, when I asked about there 30 day return policy, he said that he was not sure if they had one??? He said he needed to speak with his manager and then returned 8 minutes later stating that there are "No Returns ...PERIOD. He gave me a number to call for warranty service. Basically, there are a number of places to order items from, I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. "
