"I too have fell victim to this "company's" fraud. I ordered something for well over $300.00 and as some mentioned received an email confirming the order, then the following day an email stating that it was "shipping". Since there was no window date for the expected delivery I immediately sent a reply email (as it says to do if you have questions) and got no response. The following day or so I called, got the voicemail and left a message. No return call. I tried again, same recording but did not leave message. Emailed a few more times again with no response. The last call I made advised them I was disputing the charge with my CC company and would be filing a claim with the BBB. They STILL did not answer. So here it is almost mid May and I am still fighting my CC company over the charge. Of course they want all "communications" that I had with them, but as we all know did not have any but the automated emails to show. (on an end note, much like others I have read I got an email from them stating that the order was cancelled and would receive a refund, but never did see one from them.)"

"This company is extremely unprofessional in the manner they handle not only their business, but their customers as well. I initally placed my order with Pricent.com on 02/26/07. The money was taken from my credit card on 02/28/07. I made several phone calls to the number listed on the site, but no one has ever answered my call, muchless called me back. Then on 3/22/07 I recieved an email stating that my order was canceled and that they were refunding my credit card within 5 to 7 business days. (NOT!!) Now today is 04/12/07, no phone call, email, product, or refund.. Then to top it off, everytime I try to pull up their site an error message appears with the ever famous "page not found". It is obvious that this is not a reputable company and that they are FRAUD!!!
Bottom line, I want my money back and I want to make other consumers aware of this repugnant business style.

"FRAUD!

I'm in the midst of filing a claim through my bank because of this company. I wish I would have found this site earlier- it would have saved me from making a mistake. I ordered a $55 item, received an email saying it was processing, then shipped, then a few weeks later that it was cancelled and my credit card would be credited. 2 weeks later and no credit, so I emailed them- the email got returned, the phone # I have is out of service, and now I have to file a fraudulent charge claim through my bank.

I don't think this will do any good since the website seems to have been shut down now, but in case it ever gets back up DO NOT BUY- they are scammers & fraudulant!

"I placed an order through their website and got an automated email the next day stating that the order status is "shipping". They billed my credit card immediately. Never got any indication that the product had actually shipped. Emailed them several times asking for status, got no response. Called the phone number on their website twice and left messages asking for status (the don't seem to ever answer the phone), got no response on that either. After 3 weeks, filed a complaint with my credit card company and the reversed the charge. A week after that, I finally get another automated email from pricent.com saying that my order has been canceled. Never did get a call back or an email from an actual human with any sort of explanation."

"I made an order online at pricent.com, they immediately charged my credit card and sent an email saying it was shipping. After a month of repeated calls and email inquiries, there was no response from them as to the status of my order. I finally had to contact their Web Domain company to get their contact information. They were kind enough to give me another email address:

Only after writing to this address and threatening legal action did they respond saying my order was "out of stock". They still have not refunded my money, and I will have to continue to pursue legally. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
