"This company was one of the most pleasant eBay experiences I have had yet. They wanted me to call to confirm the order, and like a GOOD customer, I had all the auction information ready. Their customer service has rarely been surpassed, in my experience. I called the day after the auction (they are in New York, I'm in Montana, so I called when they were OPEN). I swear, some people are so stupid. Anyway, I upgraded the shipping to 2nd day air, no problems.
