"After ordering an appliance from pricefalls.com we decided that we do not want it. They have a 30 day return policy and we are now in the third week of attempting to get a reply from them! Phone calls go to voice mail and messages are never returned. Emails, even using their return template, are never returned. Looks like we're stuck with a $330 item we do not need, but learned to NEVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING FROM PRICEFALLS OR ANY OF THEIR SELLERS. "
"I was ordering a Rolling Stones women's t-shirt as a birthday present. The shirt was coming from the UK so I ordered it far in advance. By the time I received it and sent it to my friend it was over 30 days. The shirt was the wrong size. All I wanted to do was exchange it. Because it was over 30 days they wouldn't do anything. I emailed them (twice) and told them I would purchase another one and asked them if there was any way they could expedite the shipping. No response.
FYI - I purchased it on 1/31/19 and her birthday was 2/26/19. By the time I received it, shipped it and she received it I was beyond the 30 days. "

"PriceFalls is the worst. If you are buying things, just shop elsewhere. Ever since they starting charging their third-party vendors an arm and leg, prices have jumped up! Initially, PriceFalls were charging $20/month plus commission but recently they change it to $50/month plus commission. Vendors increased their prices due to the new demand from PriceFalls. Now shopping on PriceFalls is not ideal. Go somewhere else. Stop supporting this greedy company who can't provide new functionalities."
"I bought a canopy through pricefalls, and when it arrived, it had one incorrect piece which made the frame impossible to assemble. I had to contact customer service 6 times in order to get a replacement. The phone line would never connect, and I would inevitably stop getting replies from each representative I was emailing, despite me following up multiple times. It ended up taking 4 weeks for the part to be shipped. Thankfully I didn't need the canopy in that time. I also wasn't sure which part I was going to receive as they didn't confirm the part number with me until the day before it arrived - thankfully it was correct. I wouldn't order through them again. "

DESPITE stating "US Stock" and PAYING additional cost FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING ... proprietary sellers would NOT refund shipping cost at all.... and would only refund cost of items if I paid to ship them back ..needless to say I was left with items i no longer needed with no means to recoup my losses..
