In addition, the web site is "down for maintenance", and has been since July 22 or 23. We've contacted the Illinois Attorney General and I encourage all of you do to the same. I placed an order with this company about a week ago and aside from the initial google checkout confirmation I have received nothing. BUYERS BEWARE of this company. I've started action through Google to get my money back, I have called 3 different numbers I have found for this company and they refuse to respond or answer a phone. They have a facebook page as well with a phone number that doesn't work."

"I placed an order with Parts Priced Right on 7-7-11. I received an order confirmation and that was it. NO shipping information ... and NO parts! I have tried every avenue, 4 different emails, 3 different phone numbers and two post to their Facebook page and have yet to talk to someone to ascertain whether or not the order has shipped. I am disputing the transaction through PayPal to try and get my money refunded and reordering with a more responsive company. Very disappointing!

I went to their website to find a phone number, but there wasn't one, only a message saying that their phone lines and live chat were down because of a recent storm but they hoped to have them both up in time for the holiday weekend. I assume the holiday weekend was this past weekend for July 4th. The message is still on their website as of today, 7/8/11.
