"I ordered 2 $18 speaker stands. Shipping is typically about $17 each. Unfotunately I did not pay attn and completed the transaction only to find a shipping charge of $894! I had paid through paypal, so I had to wait until the authorization had not been claimed. In 24 more hours it goes away, so I have fingers crossed. Bad news this company! Perhaps it was just a software glitch at a defunkt website, but...Stay away."

"I've had the same experience as many others. Placed an order, was charged (luckily through PayPal), received a credit, went to the status link, noted the Order had been canceled. Phone number is Not in Service...wasted so much time!!!"

"After waiting two weeks for this item, I found the invoice email, utilized the enclosed link, and observed that the order has been canceled. I notice that the vendor successfully charged my card on the 8th of April, then credited me a week later on the 16th, so funding cannot be the reason the order was canceled. I also notice that this item is still listed as in-stock on their site, so that cannot be the reason this order was not fulfilled.

I also notice that the listed price of this item has increased 50%, and suspect that the vendor realized that original listed price was too low and they chose not to fulfill it in breach of contract.

I could almost understand, had it been a typo, or similar issue. But the rude way in which they never notified me caused a delay of two weeks.

I gave them the maximum time I would expect a ground shipment might take, given a few days for processing. when It was actually over due I started looking into it. I attempted to contact them twice via the published email, which is the reply to on the invoice, and haven't received any reply.

They did refund the money, even before I knew the order was canceled, so that is not an issue. But the absolute lack of response from customer service would cause me not to consider shopping here again.

"Wish I would have read these before I ordered from them. Sounds like some of the same things happened to me, as to others. I placed my order, it never showed. I tried calling the number from the site, but it doesn't exist. I tried email to the address mentioned on the website. No one returned a response. I checked my credit card statement and it showed the order had been canceled. I have never had an order canceled by a company before and I have ordered a lot of things online. I'm just a little suspicious to say the least. Here's a crazy theory...could a group posing to be a company gather credit card and other information on an individual placing an order. Then cancel the order so there is no tie to them. Then sell my information to the highest bidder a few months down the road? I know, a paranoid idea, but worth putting out there, none the less. "

"Placed an order for a Datel Action Replay for Xbox. Received a notification from PayPal that my order had been refunded. Checked PricePiggie.com and it showed that my order was canceled. Tried calling both customer service numbers I could find, 1-***-***-****, and ***-***-****, and both of them said that the number has been disconnected. A complete sham and a waste of my time. Canceling an order with no explanation! What kind of company does that?"

"Originally placed an order for a item. Credit card was charged, then next day item was taken off credit card. No explanation. Then I placed an order for a different item. Order email confirmed same day and credit card charged the next. Two weeks later and no communications, item had not been shipped. I emailed them and they said the item had been out of stock and had just come in and would be shipped ASAP.
Not happy about their procedures.

"EXTREMELY RUDE customer service! Ordered at night on 1/30/09 and cancelled in morning on 1/31/09. Seller shipped item on 2/3/09, after I issued a cancellation. I called the seller, he was rude, said "don't waste my time" and then hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service. When I tried calling back, there was no answer. I refused delivery, and issued a chargeback."

"Purchased a Channel Plus bi-directional RF distribution amplifier with 5V IR January 23, 2009. Best price I found on the internet. Fast delivery shipped ground received January 29, 2009. Factor sealed box but the unit itself didn’t work. I wrote Price Piggie late January 30, 2009 and am waiting a reply. Will see what kind of costumer service they have."

"I placed my order on Christmas Day and received a
acknowledgment immediately. The following day the shipping notice followed. Product was received as ordered and without exception. In the interim period I read the reviews posted here and became concerned. My experience with this company is the complete opposite of the previous group so I may be the exception but as noted above I believe that this was reasonable performance given the holidays

"I ordered a lithium battery and paid $20.09 for expedited shipping. They said it would take between 1-3 days. I did not receive it and am still waiting for it. I've tried calling their toll free number many times but didn't get an answer. I needed the battery by tomorrow morning. I sent an e-mail but haven't had any response. I will never order from these people again."

"Price Piggie - Never again! I placed a small order, saw my account charged for said order, was able to track the order from some warehouse in AZ, and back to this buffoon of a company saying that the 'order was undeliverable' - it never left AZ and I live on the east coast!

Worse yet, I finally gave up trying to call the company as their number just rang and rang, and then it hangs up on you. The email that I sent remains unanswered as well. The only saving grace in this situation is that it does appear that my account was credited. The only thing I fear now is that they have my account number, and after acting in such a professional manner as to ignore a customer, would they stoop so low as to steal my identity too?

There is no way that I would ever attempt to do business with this 'pig' again (pun intended).

"I would never buy again from PricePiggie. I was trying to follow up on my order because I did not receieve the tracking number in more than a week, and I was unable to reach PricePiggy's customer service over phone or email. Then one day they refunded my card without explaining what is going on. They are still selling this product, so it's not like they ran out of stock. So, I wasted a lot of time and learned that this seller cannot be trusted. Their customer service does not exist, so stay away!"
