Fast forward today I call again and the woman I spoke to told me it's backordered and is expected to ship out to their wearhouse next week! So now I have to wait for them to ship it out to me from their wearhouse. And i was uninformed up until today it was even on backorder. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Ordered a simple trigger gun for my pressure washer, not anything super fancy, they had it in stock. Got an email confirming. This email said i would receive and email when it shipped.
1 weeks later, i was wondering when my part would ship. Called them up, they said it hadn't shipped yet. should ship in the next couple days, okay no biggy. wait another week, still no email that it had shipped. this time i emailed them wondering when this thing would ship. emailed me back two days later telling me that it had been damaged by UPS in transit, i asked for the tracking number and he emailed it to me turns out it was damaged. alright i guess that's okay, said they would ship me another, however it was back ordered that they had one on order and that it should be here within the next week.
That was two weeks ago. emailed them again since I'm getting to the point where i need the part asking whether it had shipped yet. Guy said nope, it was back ordered still and that it should be to their warehouse next week. Keep in mind this is just a pressure washer gun, not an extravagant pump or anything. Getting extremely fed up I said screw it cancel my order, I want a refund. Now they have yet to issue the refund. I will update on whether i get my money back or not."
"This company seems to have done a 180 from the reviews given about two years ago. I placed an order for a new 4000 psi pump for my p. washer. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the pump on Thursday and it arrived on Tuesday. It was the right part and the washer is up and running. Good job pressure parts. "
"They don't communicate with their customers. They have an menu answering system like they were AT&T and they leave you on hold. If you email them they don't answer questions. Or if they do reply it is a curt response that does not answer the question. Their price was the best I found. I actually bought a pump from them. They sent it in a reasonable time. I had certain questions I needed to ask. They ignored me. I eventually had to contact the manufacturer. They were cooperative and answered my questions. I was lucky. I can imagine what luck I would have if I had to return the pump to PressureParts.com. If you do business with these people, be very very careful."
"I ordered a replacement pressure washer pump from PressureParts.com on 1/12/11. The pump was never shipped. Each time I called I was told it was on backorder. Today on 8/23/11 I called and was told that the company was sold and that no backorders are being honored. Also no refunds will be given for the unshipped part. I am unable to get a refund from paypal as this is beyond the 45 days since the payment was made. Do not due business with this company or paypal if you can't process the dispute within the 45 days.

I placed an order on June 13th and they said it would take 6 weeks. August 17th and it still hasn't arrived so I contact them after receiving no communication or parts.
They have now told me that the company is under new ownership and they will not honor my order. To get my money back I need to dispute it with PayPal. To get my part I need to pay them again.
This is totally unacceptable. Never use this company or their affiliates."

I had ordered (order # 241270) simple parts for Karcher 509 from them and paid thru PayPal. They told me my parts are on back order. I waited several weeks and called them. Still the same. Then I cancelled the order, but they told me that I need to go to PayPal to get my money back. Pay Pal can not even open a dispute after 45 days, so I called www.pressureparts.com again. They said if I need parts I need to pay again. How nice, so I called the "manager" Mike Large. He was rude and told me that he was "instructed" not to return money - they have a new owner. When I asked for contact information of "instructor" or owner, he refused to give it to me, saying he is the boss.
I would not recommend anybody to deal with such company.

On 7/13/11 I ordered a replacement pump for my pressure washer and paid via PayPal. I received an automated order confirmation email and assumed everything was in order and the pump was on the way. A week later, I emailed ****@**** requesting a shipping status of my order - no response by the next day - at which time I called their number and all I got was an automated message saying that all circuits are busy and to try again later. I tried again several times and again the next day. At this point I Googled them and found the awful reviews on this site. In short, I opened a dispute/claim through PayPal on 7/21/11 and today (8/1/11) PayPal notified me that they had refunded all my $ to my credit card.
In the future, I'll check out the places I order stuff from BEFORE placing orders."

"I ordered an extension hose from this business on April 18, 2011. They immediately took the money from my account and backordered the part. Every time I have called them they tell me it will be 2 more weeks, and I have called every two weeks until recently, and now cannot get through due to all lines are busy now...... It is now July 18, 2011 and still nothing. These people don't mind taking your money and keeping it!!!!! Their customer service sucks..... and so does their ability to ship any part to a customer. Every other website has the part in stock except them. It just goes to show that you do get what you pay for, as the prices on this site are low, but if you cannot get the part and they get your money this is not a good deal!!! Update: I called and got my bank to reverse the charge from them, and reported them by complaint form to the Texas Attorney General. Still cannot get through to them by phone, and no one responds to e-mail. I have also reported them to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission."

Please do not wait to claim your refund, I stupidly waited for Pressureparts.com to fulfill my order for two months. After I filed a complaint (BBB)I got a response that the "old" pressureparts.com stole my money, but the "new" pressureparts.com would be happy to send me a pump for ANOTHER $149.00. Also after 2 months neither my Creditcard or Paypal will refund my money."

I have not received the product, nor can I get ahold of anyone in this company to find out why. Just made a report with the BBB.
