The first time there was a minor delay because they were not quiet sure the CC I used was actually mine, but it got resolved easily through their Facebook page. Second time took 5 mins from purchasing my game to recieving the key. Throughout the whole process you can chat with a representative who'll help you out with anything you need or any problems that arise. If the chat is down because it's too late you just have to try again earlier the next day. The prices for the steam games are very cheap, around 50% off if not more for most, which is great when you want to get a title that was recently released and won't go on sale anytime soon. Only thing I'd like for the site to improve is their catalogue, so we can get more games at great prices."
