They almost lost my business and this will keep happening if he stays as a sales representative. "I haven't received the product yet so I can't comment on that. Overall the experience was good. My only complaint was that the web site suggests that printing or engraving was free. But there was a set-up change and cost of printing on the B side which was not mentioned until I received the second quote. This ended up costing over $100 more. I would have been OK with this has I had know up front."
