"I booked a tour in Rio and I was notified the day before that my tour was cancelled. I was then told that I could take a lesser tour instead. When I showed up at the pick up location no one was there. I called the tour over six time, yes six! times and never got a return call until an hour later. I called the company repeatedly for a refund and still have not received a penny back and this was in August 2016."
"We decided to do the one day tour of Paris from London during a recent visit to London. The tour was a fantastic way to get a taste of Paris in a very short time. Everything went off without a hitch. Met the tour guide exactly where they said she'd be (in front of Le Pain Quotidien Coffee Shop at St. Pancras train station) and she gave us our train tickets and told us she meet us again en-route to Paris. Nice ride through the countryside and chunnel. Guide stopped by and told us where to meet when we got off the train. My travel party of 8 was part of a group of about 50 people. Our guide walked us to our tour bus (nice) and we did a driving tour of Paris, including the Champs-Elysees and then to a dock near the Eiffel Tower where we took a boat tour up the Seine. From there a quick trip on the bus to the Eiffel Tower where we were taken up to the restaurant for a nice (and quick) lunch. We skipped dessert to walk up to the third level of the Tower (views amazing) and then back down to meet the bus. From there to the Louvre for a whirlwind tour of the highlights in about an hour (we were running a bit late due to traffic). The Louvre tour was fantastic as we would never have been able to squeeze in all of the highlights without our guide. I'd highly recommend taking the tour as the people in our tour who did not, had very little time to do much else as the Louvre is not very close to anything else. Bus got us back with enough time to stop for some authentic french pastries at a shop across the street from the train station. Train back was great for a quick nap to prepare for a fun night in London. Would highly recommend the tour! "

"Took the Sunset tour of Stonehenge. Bus was clean and comfortable, full to capacity (about 50 passengers), and wifi worked most of the time, I believe. Traffic delays en route (beyond tour provider control), rendered our stop at Bath shorter than I hoped, but there was still ample time to tour the area and grab an ice cream cone on the way back to the bus. The stop at Lacock was literally five minute walk through town, though I think that was the plan regardless of traffic delays. It was a little earlier than sunset when we were at Stonehenge, but the light was lovely, and it was wonderful to be able to walk among the stones. (Got some GREAT photos). The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely take this tour again if we get back to the UK."

"In August 2016 we used Premium Tours to go from our hotel in London to Stonehenge. We also used them as transportation from Heathrow to London. David was FANTASTIC! It was so much nicer having a personal vehicle as opposed to a big tour bus, and he knew so much about Stonehenge and other areas of interest. He made sure we did what we wanted to do. Everything about the experience was just perfect! We also used them in 2013 and 2014 to take us from Heathrow to our hotel, and they were great - which is why we decided to use them for the Stonehenge trip. When we are lucky enough to visit London again we will absolutely use their services for whatever we decide to do!!! Trust me, they are wonderful!!!"
"We used Premium Tours for a day tour of Bath, Windsor and Stonehenge. It was excellent. We were picked up on time and after the tour the bus dropped us off at various locations in London. I wish we could have spent more time in Bath, but we did have enough time to see the Bath house and have tea. Also Windsor Castle was a bit rushed. We got to see the castle but ran out of time to see the doll house. Overall it was an excellent tour. They fit a lot into a day. Stonehenge was amazing!"
