"I ordered a pair of Racing Jackets from this company on April 30, 2005. With this purchase I was supposed to receive a free pair as well. The Racing Jackets arrived about a week later with one lens falling out and the frames warped so they would not sit on my face straight. In addition the free pair has never arrive. I have sent several emails but received no response. There is no phone number so email is the only contact method. I guess I am getting ready to find out how my credit cards "buyers protection" is, because I am going to dispute the charge. Don't do business with this company!"

"I received the two pairs of glasses today, only a week from the purchase date. Something happened and they didn't ship until the 29th, but that's okay. They arrived in great condition. I ordered a pair of Romeos for me and a pair of Juliets for my fiancee. I liked the Juliets better because they had a better fit. The Romeos were HUGE, but they feel okay, though not as comfortable as the Juliets. I will definitely do business with them again. Can't beat B.O.G.O.! My next pair will probably be the Eye Jackets like Joe Satriani (satriani.com) wears. Don't believe the hype; I read all that mumbo jumbo and thought the place was a scam, but they're for real. Check it out. You won't be sorry.
5/18-Received another order from this store and yet again, flawless. Just got new colors in for the Eye Jackets and Splice shades among others. I'm tellin' ya, you can't miss out on this store. The free pair I received were the Juliets. I picked the free pair style; you don't get to pick the color, but I received the Silver frames with Blue lenses (my favorite) as the free pair...They're the $24 pair; the most expensive color. Just goes to show you that they don't just ship you the plain colors and cheaper styles. I would go with a free pair that has all cool colors though and not just black frames and black lenses just to be on the safe side of having better odds at getting a cooler pair. Also, the Romeos (see above) are much bigger on my head than the Eye Jackets or the Juliets. My head is big and I like the look and feel of the Romeos the best so far; they'll be my free pair from now on, that is unless the new Splice styles fit just as good. My vote: Too good not to pass up!!!

"I posted this up because I wanted to express my feelings about this company. I will never have another deal with them. I don't even know how they got a 7.5 rating, maybe I was just unlucky. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, a Blue Subzero and a Black Half Wire, and also 2 free pairs of Square Wires (buy 1 get 1 free). I waited quite a bit for my glasses to come in the mail, even though I live on the West Coast. When I sent emails about my order, because on the site Q&A's it said shipping usually took 2-3 days, I recieved no replys. When I recieved my package 2 weeks ago, there was only 2 pairs: my Subzero and a Square Wire. The packaging was very good, but where were my other 2 pairs? I emailed them back, but I did not get a response, so I was not sure they had sent it or not. Apparently they did, because oday, February 3, I recieved my other 2 pairs, only to find that the pair I PAID for had been broken (Black Half Wire). One of the lens had broken away from the frame. I emailed them back...hopefully I'll recieve an email this time...
I am most dissatisfied with Premiumeyewear.com, and I won't buy from them again in the future. It was the good policy that attracted me (buy 1 get 1 free), but apparently you have to sacrifice good service.

The prices are by far the best. You would have to pay 10 times as much for a something with this much quality, fit and finish. The quality of there products is untouchable.
