"I totally dislike your company!!!!! It was promised in my coupon that my order will be shipped within 10 days. It is now 3 weeks, and the orders are still in production! Even you did mistake to allow the longer dates for coupon, you should have considered Christmas time, you should have involved more employees or more time to work as such situation appeared.

I haven't got any reply to my messages, they were totally ignored! By phone it was super hard to reach anyone, and we got the answer that our orders are in priority (ahha like all others) and there is still no guarantee at all when they will be shipped!!!

I have prepared the photogifts with all my love, expected to receive great reaction and impression. And I ended to go with totally empty hands to Christmas party!!!! It is the worst feeling I have ever had!!!! You are the worst producer I have ever dealt with! I think your company should go bancrupcy after all!!!! I'm pretty sure you screwed up many many people who will never be your clients again and their friends and family won't be your clients either!!!

I demand immediately to ship my orders so I will receive them at least for New Year! Otherwise I demand money compensation because I will have to ship them by post as I won't see the gift receivers until the next Christmas!!!!"

"I tried to use them to make photo Calendars for Christmas presents this year. They ignore all emails and phone messages. I have had several problems including the voucher codes that I purchased not working. Trying to get in contact with them took me several days before I finally got a real person on the phone. There website says 1-3 days to print. Well, it has now been more than 2 week and they still have not even printed. I called in 3 days ago to ask why and was told that my order would be given priority and still it has not printed. When I purchased I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive and now they're saying that shipping alone will take 3 weeks. So I will receive my Christmas presents in January..... Maybe...... If they feel like it.

Don't use them. It's not worth it. There are so many companies that do this and treat their customers well that it's not worth any deal they're offering. Absolutely terrible!"
