No support at all

"Ordered for my other car..it came for the wrong car a 2015 but I ordered for a 2010 wich is a different style all together. No reply back. Sent numerous e mails with no answers. I do not recommend buying anything from them "

Company Does Not Stand Behind the Products They Sell

"Ordered some of their Photochromic Transitioning film a year ago (June 18, 2021). The film was great and as advertised, transitioned beautifully to a dark shade during the day and almost non existent at night. Their website claims in paragraph 2 of the webpage of this kind of film that the "...technology is backed by a 10 year warranty that surpasses most normal tint films on the market today." Only a year later, the film stopped changing shades and it was made evident after I removed a sticker I had on the exterior of the glass prior to installing the film. Every attempt I have made to contact the company about this supposed "10 year warranty" has been ignored. This just shows the company does not care about their clientele and once they have your money they couldn't care at all about the inferior products they are sending out. Do yourself a favor, listen to all the reviews and do not order tint from this site and instead go to a company who has enough pride to stand behind their products and makes an effort to keep a high level of customer service and appreciation. This site is not it."

"Poor product, poor customer service! Wrong product and sent an arrogant email to boot! If you want to lose your money, shop at your own risk. They are even in the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for poor business!"

Horrible should have done more research but too late

"ordered sunstrip and back windows for my F 350 and came to small ..I sent photos cause it was too late when it went on..it seemed the right size but few inches too small..so I contacted this company by the only way of E-mail and instead of re sending the right size (done by the calculator on the website...Ford F 350s have the largest winshields and back windows around i was sent the totally wrong thing...its now after I see soooo many of the same bad reviews when i was looking for a phone # .
this guy argued with me about bad reviews and like it was acceptable and everycompany has them...ya but what does that have to do with screwing up a paying customers order ..you dont proof your orders...i told him to send me some scrap to fix whats wrong with the sunstrip so it took a month and he gave me almost enough to re do it but just scrap...whay didnt he just make right...because he knows that hes cheating people and has the wronfg data..I had another company send me what I needed overnight.
DO NOT order from this place!!

Product is too thin.

"Product is too thin, and difficult to keep from creasing. Also, difficult to position and get bubble out. Mine's tore during the process. The tint was correct, but product was disappointing."

Awful tint "quality". Creases ridiculously easy.

"Bought the "high quality" 2ply tint. I've installed tint before without issue. This stuff is cheaply made and creases seemingly at a sneeze. Will not buy again.

On a positive note, it was shipped quickly.

I want a full refund on my order $67.99, and will be reviewing you as whoever and where ever I can, including the BBB everywhere.. I have sent a review already and YELP to the fact of your POOR customer service. I Told Johnny that I wanted to try your tint first, and I have a lot of experience in tinting cars, truck and RV’s that I wanted to 1st try the product before moving forward to give you more business. I even asked Johnny that if he would talk to his manager, make this right, that I may even move forward with ordering more tint, but the next email almost took a week stating that he wanted to charge me another 30.00 for him to send the right tint. You failed me in many ways.. it took a week or more before i would get any answers, and your team members do not act involved. I not only will not be using your products to help my business, but have decided to go with another business for my Tint.
Your team sent me the wrong film for the application, then instead of making it right, acted like it was not his mistake wanted to charge me another $30.00 to send out the right film.. That is not how I do business..
So If you are have any Ethics at all you will refund me the money I spent on the tint that did not fit, $67.99

beginner friendly tint

"let me start by saying that you MUST do your research before tinting your own vehicle.

I purchased Pro+ tint for my Chevrolet impala, as well as my dad's Ford F250. Precutautotint shipped my orders out within 3 days of placing them.
As a beginner, this tint was fairly easy to work with. my install was not perfect, but i didn't expect it to be and i'm happy with the results.
I used Johnson's baby shampoo and water as my slip solution, and while pros recommend a 3ml shampoo / 1 gal water ratio, i found the adhesive on the Pro+ film to be a bit more aggressive, so i gave a hefty squirt of baby shampoo into my .5 gal spray bottle.

make sure you have the right tools for the job. the tools i used were:

-conqueror squeegee (black w/ white edge)
-bondo squeegee (blue w/ one black edge)
-contour squeegee (yellow)
-handled blue max squeegee (blue)
-lil' chizzler squeegee (pink)
-stainless steel razor blade
-heat gun
-0.5 gallon multi-purpose sprayer
-microfiber towels

all of the squeegees i used were bought in a cheap kit on amazon for $11.

Dont believe bad reviews

"All pieces came precut perfectly for my car which was a 1990 accord and fit great, it was my first time trying to tint on my own so it didnt come out flawless but that isnt their fault. If you buy this and have a professional install it it is totally worth the affordable price "

Don't do it!

"I ordered 20% tint on their website, but when I got the order confirmation, it showed 50%. I emailed them immediately and they didn't answer for two days and told me it was too late.
They have no other way to contact them and basically said it was my error.Believe what you read here and do not order from them.

Ripoff

"Tint is supposed to be cut to size but mine wasn't even close. The last thing I wanted to do was cut the tint. Then they hide behind their website so you can't get any real customer service. Stay away form precut auto tint!"

Horrible service, reps gaslight customers

"'No, you didn't really order what you ordered.'
'It would be impossible for us to make the mistake you're describing.'

These are effectively the responses I got from customer service (whose agent was rude from the get go) when I told her they put the sticky side on the wrong side of the tint for one of my window panels. The rep said it would be "extremely difficult if not impossible" for them to make that mistake. Well, I told her, the impossible happened!

Then she made a half-hearted attempt to figure out which panel it was so they could send a replacement, and when I explained which panel it was, she told me THAT TOO was impossible because they sent me tint for different windows than the ones I was describing. So their database is screwed up and their equipment is screwed up (or maybe it was user error).

Those things I could even forgive. But the awful customer service and gaslighting are unforgivable. It's incredible to me how businesses don't value customer service anymore and actually respond with hostility toward customers. Oh, and after I finally sent her a picture showing which panel was screwed up, crickets. I've heard nothing back. But even if they do end up sending a replacement, it still won't undo this needlessly negative experience.
