My order experience

"I had ordered a ring I thought it was a great price and it looked like a great gift for my girlfriend! After I ordered the ring I started reading all these bad reviews and started having doubts if I would even receive the ring but to my surprise not only did the ring come but it came way earlier than I anticipated only 3 days after my order! I really appreciate the speediness of them to get me my order in time and can definitely say that they proved me wrong with my doubts! 5 stars well deserved!

BAD SERVICE - FOULED UP THE ORDER - WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT

"AFTER WAITING A WEEK, I WAS INFOMRED THAT THEY FOULED UP THE ORDER AND NEEDED ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE IT. NOW I AM TOO LATE TO GIVE THE GIFT WHEN NEEDED.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. INSTEAD OF DIGGING IN AND TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT, THEY JUST PUNT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GET SOMETHING ANYWHERE NEAR THE TIME YOU REQUIRE IT.

"I ordered a pendant fir my grandchildren 1st Holy Communion and was told it would arrive on time. I was told at time if order that it would be delivered to post office box. I live in s community nit serviced by postal service. I was told it would arrive in two days if I agreed to pay for express delivery. I received an email yesterday after the promised delivery date that they do not deliver express to PO boxes. I will not have the gifts to commemorate the occasion."

These people are living in the '70's

"Bought a "boy" stick figure charm for my wife for Christmas. They only showed the front on the site so we had no way of knowing it said "son" on the back. It was for my grandson as we have no sons. I admit that we forgot about it and didn't call them for over 3 months. All I wanted was maybe an exchange. Their response was "sorry, you are beyond our 30 day limit and, besides, it is discontinued so we couldn't help you, anyway". Have these people ever heard of Nordstrom, Macy's, Amazon or any other 21st century customer oriented retailer. They don't deserve to be in business. "

Happy Coffee Addict!

"I have dealt with ordering Pandora charms from Precious Accents 2 times - perfect experience both times. Have to say I was nervous after reading some of these horrible reviews. I ordered my charm on June 20,2018 & recieved it on June 25. It came from New Jersey to California, I used the free shipping, nothing extra. My charm came packaged securely. I was not familiar with the looks of the dangling "coffee addict" chasm. This has the Pandora symbol & pandora written on it--I like that look. I contacted Pandora & asked them to describe the charm - they did - I'm satisfied. I will order from them again. "

"Do NOT order from here it is a scam. Ordered a ring off here recieved an email from PayPal saying the transaction was processed and money was taken but did not receive the ring or any emails from them and they will not reply to any emails. "

"HORRIBLE! Do NOT order from here! It's a scam I think. I ordered a charm in December. It never arrived but tracking said it was delivered. They will do NOTHING! They had me sign a form they said was for insurance but that was over a month ago. They won't return my emails. Now I'm out 65.00. "

"These people are scam artists! I ordered a Pandora bracelet online and they sent me a piece of garbage imitation. It was a fake and tarnished within a week. When I tried to return it they admitted it was a fake and would not return it. I had the receipt and packaging and they accused me of scamming them. After speaking to other Pandora retailers in the area it sounds like they have a reputation for this fraud. I reported them to Pandora and the Better Business Bureau. I hope they put them out of business so that no one else has to go through this. Do NOT give them your business! You will be sorry. They are not nice people!"

"I wish I had read these reviews before - I had the exact same experience. I placed an order for two items with next day shipping. I received an email order confirmation showing both items, but only one was received. It took forever to get through to Customer Service (they are never open and/or don't answer the phone), and they said they sent an email advising that one item was backordered. They never sent this email. Very frustrating company to deal with. Will NOT be ordering from them again and I wouldn't recommend them at all."

"I ordered a charm, for a Christmas present, on 12-16-12. Their sight says they have same day shipping on most orders, but I went ahead and paid for expedited shipping. I kept checking my order status and it showed pending. I tried to call them and no one ever answered. I emailed them several times and finally got a reply on the 20th that the item was being rushed for shipment. I kept checking the status and on the afternoon of 12-22-12 it showed as being backordered. Now I do not have time to find the present somewhere else. I have told them to cancel the order and refund my money, as they took my payment the day I ordered. Which I bet they will not do and I'll have to take the matter to the paypal resolution center. I will update my review at a later date to let you know how it turns out. "

"Horrible Experience, Avoid! I ordered three pandora charms from them on 12/14/2010. A few days later when the order still had not shipped, I called and was told that in order to get the items by Christmas I would need to pay for expedited shipping, which I then did. They finally shipped ONE of the charms to me on 12/21/2010 but charged me for all THREE and did not even notify my that they would not be shipping me my total order. There was nothing on the web site or any contact that any of the items were sold out and would not arrive. I received the package on 12/23 and then discovered that I only received 1 item (but was charged for all 3). I then had to scramble to find a local jeweler for the other items to complete my gift. In order to get my money back for the 2 non-delivered items I had to file a claim with my credit card. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau which they then lied when they responded to my complaint. I would never order from them again."
