"Their XS is too big on me (a size 2) which means there are plenty of people smaller than me that their clothes will not work for.
I was most upset that a dress I ordered came with deodorant streaks on it - it was so pungent, I could smell it before I saw it.
What must have happened was the item was a return and the person who originally purchased it and tried it on left their armpit juices all over it - and they simply shipped it back out to me without checking it.
I wrote customer service (rep: Diana Serra Ortiz) an email. She did not respond with a, "I'm sorry, here's a 15% discount code for your next purchase." or "That is gross, let me talk to my manager about changing our policies surrounding doing some quality assurance checks on returns before sending out to the next customer." Instead, she only sent me instructions on how to return the item... effectively saying to me, "Too bad, we send out products with arm pit juices and we are not sorry - that's how we roll. Don't like it? Suck it."

Tl;dr: Armpit juices on a dress I bought from their website. UNSANITARY.
