The price they had it for on EBay was amazing, so much that I even emailed them to make sure what was posted was what I’d be paying for. They sent an email back stating that the kit I was asking about included all 5 lids. At this point I jumped on the sale because it was a great deal! Then after I bought I contacted them because I gave incorrect address and as we was speaking I asked again for them to check and make sure the product I bought was the entire kit and not just one lid. I was informed that it wasn’t what they said in the email and there email store. I then talked to the women and she agreed with what I was saying but said she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked if they could discount it to the price I can get at my shop and she said she couldn’t. I then asked to speak to someone above her and thanked her for her help that she was just doing her job. After being on hold for 25 mins Matt came on the line and he has the power to correct his company’s mistake, and refused to. He would not ship me what his company even after I emailed them and they replied told me what I would be getting the full kit! I’m a Master Level Tech for a Harley Davidson for A highly respectfully Harley Shop in Tennessee. If we tell someone what something cost and they pay we have to honor that, this is just good business. This company Powersport Superstore is in my opinion an disgrace to our industry. If they would have just admitted there mistake and ate the cost and shipped to me I would have raved about them, but they practice bad business and have lost me forever as a customer, and I hope after reading this they have lost other also. "I am in Korea. I purchased a 49-tooth sprocket for my bike 42 days ago. I've not seen it.
1) Latest tracking information is 34 days old (USPS)
2) After requesting that the item be resent, I was told, based on 34-day old information, that the thing is "in transit."
NOTE: 'Transit' means something different to this company. "Trans-Pacific Rowboat" does not constitute transit in my book, and
if rowboats fall short in your view, bearing in mind that the shipping cost was premium, do not buy from this company.
3) Customer service message was trite, giving me the impression that caring less was impossible.
4) Shipping cost exceeded item cost by 58%, so this company is obviously profiting by high margins there.

"Sent me somthing i purchased 2 weeks before a 2wk out of state fishing trip and recieved 2 days befor. What they sent was just a part for what i bought even though reciept states "Rigid ind. LED Spotlight". and amout payed was for other compritabl spotlights. Instead of sending me the light they said i could send it back wich would take 4 to 8 days, which is half my vacation. "This place is ridiculous, stay away! I ordered a part on Friday. I chose UPS ground shipping. I assumed the part would ship on Monday because it was in stock. It didn't ship, so I emailed them. It shipped Tuesday night for UPS pickup Wednesday. I emailed them and they told me, rudely, that the website said it would ship in 2-3 days. I sent them a screen shot showing it doesn't say that, but they just argued that it did. Then they said I chose standard shipping, which I didn't.
