"I finally got delivery of my order. The first time it was delayed I received an email telling me this & asked if I still wanted my order. But the second time I had to call them to find out why I didnt get my order. At that time they sent an email to tell me of the new ship date.
Other than that I guess it was worth the wait."

"The item that I ordered was back ordered. I proactively received an email from Power Equipment Mart letting me know the situation, and was given the option to cancel my order. I opted to cancel, and the refund was quickly credited. For comparison, I then ordered the same item from another company, where it was also back ordered, but I had to reviewed the order status email to see that it was backordered, call in to request a refund, and wait until they confirmed that they were able to process the cancellation with their supplier. I would order from Power Equipment Mart again based off of their service."
