"I was hoping for a new look of the banner, but they stuck with the old look and changed the background photo. There was nothing new and exciting. Pie charts had to be adjusted a number of times. The percentages were not shown accurately. I was not too happy with the outcome. "

"Ultimately the finished product was great, but the ordering process was horrible, (this was a re-order of an item we had previously ordered) in part due to a glitchy online user interface, and the fact that they can't take orders over the phone, so I had to re-order online once I discovered that my initial order did not go through. By the way, I found this out by calling them back the next business day asking for confirmation; when I was online, using the "chat" I expressed concern that when I finished my order the window flashed and went directly to their home screen without giving me a confirmation of order completion. The customer service person on the chat said not to worry, I'd get an email soon.

Then the order was held up when I got an email asking for my artwork even though in the online order I gave them the number codes that matched my artwork - poor attention to detail. Again, when I finally got the finished product it was great, but the hoops I had to jump through to get it....."
