"Like some other person said in this thread, people usually leave ratings when they have a bad experience. I usually read the reviews before buying and I have to say that it was frightening to read these. But is is like when you want to see a movie and you read the reviews and comments from the critics and you want to see the movie so bad that you don't even care and you go and see it. You ended up loving the movie or just thought it wasn't bad at all, perhaps not great but not as bad as others said or you might in some cases agree completely with the reviews but at least you got that out of your system and you create your own opinion based on your own experience and not based on others. I "risked" to buy from postergods because I liked their selection and the prices were really cheap compared to other sites AND I got free shipping with a code I got from Internet. So, here is what made me safe to take the risk: the prices are one of the lowest online, I get FREE SHIPPING and if by any chance the reviews are true then I just call AMEX customer service and they get my money right back just with one call, so I really had nothing to lose. I took the risk and 5 days after i placed my order voila...now I have 5 fantastic prints I found in the FINE ART SECTION and i just can't be happier. It was such a great experience that I did not even have to contact them at all and I don't doubt their service would've been just as great. These aren't any kind of prints, and they look very legitimate to me, great resolution and not knock offs like some I got once through another site (evolution something, I can't remember and do not get me started on that one) so I really recommend Postergods. So, it is now up to you to start creating your own experiences and when you have a positive experience you might want to consider leaving a positive review so, people can see that not all is negative in this life. The only posters that arrived are the Postergod posters and I have yet to receive the packages from the other site. Fortunately postergods.com is on their A game and shipped out my order quickly.

"I felt compelled to join this site and post about my experience with PosterGods.com to offer a contrast from all of the recent negative reviews here. Despite my apprehension after reading the many less-than-perfect experiences described on this site, I ordered a poster from PosterGods.com because of a Cyber Monday sale that was going on. I was willing to take the chance and risk a few bucks.
I placed my order at 10am on November 29. I emailed customer support on December 1 to see what the status of my order was and Tony responded the next day. He gave me a tracking number and said that my package would be shipping out the same day, December 2.
UPS Mail Innovations was used to ship my order, which I was disappointed with but understood seeing as how I didn't pay any shipping fees. UPS-MI is notorious for slow tracking, lost packages, and poor customer support. I would periodically check the status of my package which was only updated once or twice before delivery at my doorstep today, December 7.

So, in conclusion, not only was the customer service I received from PosterGods.com exceptional, but my order was processed and shipped relatively quickly and arrived much sooner than expected. It only took about a week for my order to travel 2,200 miles across the country. That's pretty good. I was weary about them in the first place, but took a chance and now I've paid for it because I have no posters and no money back. I ordered on August 18 and still as of today, no posters. I keep getting the same generic emails from customer service as everyone else has, so I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I did not want to wait on Postergods.com. This alleged business will not return my several phone calls, so I have been emailing them regarding damaged posters and unreceived posters. Their emails are extremely rude, unprofessional, and they never answer my questions. They just say, "Refer to email sent regarding this issue" and "Refer to email requesting more information". In NO EMAIL does it explain where my missing posters are. My next step is to report them to the BBB! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY!"
"This company is a nightmare! I ordered three posters from them and after two weeks of them NOT arriving, I e-mailed the address they gave me. They told me it could take up to 25 business days. Well, after 25 business days and STILL no posters, I e-mailed again. They told me that they re-shipped the order and they apologized for taking so long. Some time later another e-mail arrived from them. It said that ALL THREE of my posters were no longer produced and that they would refund my money. So, they LIED to me TWICE about shipping the order (which never happened since the posters didn't exist). Not only that, but who knows how long it will take for my refund? It already took them over a month to tell me I couldn't have my posters. Seriously considering taking legal action if they continue to hold onto my money for no reason."
