I was told that it would ship out "at the latest" by the beginning of this week with a confirmation email of when it left their warehouse. Well it is Tuesday and I haven't received any emails of shipment so I am not only disappointed that, 1) they did not state PRIOR to my purchase that the item was on backorder, 2) they made promises that it would be "at the latest" out by the beginning of the week, 3) that it is my boyfriends birthday this weekend and I am driving 3+ hours to see him and I do not have his gift to give him.
